Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~

As a homeowner this nearby electrical supply warehouse has always had the electrical and lighting supply items that I needed and their staff have always been very helpful, but that is not to say everyone who goes here will find exactly what they need. However, licensed electricians' trucks are seen here everyday.

Far to get to from my house, but they have what you’re looking for. Found what we wanted with the help from the man that was there ordered our items. He was very helpful. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for over-priced light fixtures that can't be returned unless you pay a 20% re-stocking fee, then shop here. Wish I knew this before recently throwing money away at this lackluster store. (Referring to it as a thriving business would be a stretch.) Also didn't expect to need to return one fixture after our electrician found it to be defective. No apology for my inconvenience, just an indignant argument regarding another fixture I had purchased and requested to return without the 20% penalty. Rude, greedy and classless, it's unfortunate that their prices don't reflect their zero level of customer service. If there were zero stars, that would apply here.

IMHO more than anything else, lighting can make or break a room and as you search for the perfect piece you discover that the Big Box home improvement stores are locked in a battle to see who can stock the most generic styles... while the Targets of the world seem to be locking up HGTV personalities that deliver style only by severely compromising quality. Floor lamps should not wobble with accompanying lampshades that are gossamer thin. Hesco lighting isn't cheap but since you're going to have to live with your choices for the foreseeable future, my theory is to opt for uniqueness and quality. Not Jetsons unique or "money is no object" expensive but just enough individuality and build quality to guarantee you won't see the same thing in every home you visit. Here's to lamps that don't wobble. Four solid stars.

Friendly and helpful, refered me to an excellent place for lamp repair, and they then referred me back to Hesco for specialty bulbs. Also had a beautiful showroom with plenty on display!

I had a mixed experience. The main counter person was helpful and pleasant. The person that initially served me, due to another customer being waited upon by the counter person, was impatient and curt. Clearly there were other administrative matters to be attended to, which is fair enough, but I felt like an inconvenience, not a customer.

Racist sales girl at the front! No-one greeted us as we entered the showroom. My spouse and I roamed in the room and had a few questions. To our surprise, the sales girl at the front didn't seem to keen on assisting us. When we did ask a question, she referred us to an elder gentlemen to help us. Another "Caucasian" couple came in shortly after us whom she greeted and helped without any hesitance. Having observed that behavior, I was already turned off and did not want to shop there at all but waited for the gentleman to finish printing the details for the fixture we were lookin at. On another note, the showroom was very small and they defer you to their website for everything.
