Courtaney Spinner seems to have this delusion that in order to get clients the best method is to start screaming like a banshee. If this company hires people like that, imagine how they handle your finances.

The absolute worst payment system you can choose. They are not helpful and do not protect your company. When claims and disputes are filed, all they say is "report it to the police". Do not let your company get to the point where we did with disputes and losing money because they don't want to protect nor provide options to recover the funds. If a customer files a dispute for the money back, they will immediately deduct it from your account and give you no time to fight back. I do not recommend this company to any business. They do not do their due diligence and then don't bother to help you when you've lost thousands of dollars.

They are not helpful. They do not provide informed consent, their employees literally will tell you "there's nothing we can do" even though it's THEIR job. You have NO protection and they will not protect you or help you.

Sent my check to an address I’ve NEVER used then charged me $30 to reissue it... looks like they are working hard to penny and dime anyone they can.

Ovation never returns my wife's calls. Nor, do they respond to me.So, I fired them and went with Paychex Payroll Services.Still, a month after the fact, they continue to dip into my bank account to help themselves to funds for services not provided. And now, because we cancelled and went with Paychex, we are being debited for not generating a payroll check.We're going to social media, and local news outlets.Very disappointed with their sub-par service.

The worst business service experience I have had since opening my coffee shop 4 years ago. The sales representative directly lied to me multiple times. He said he wasn't signing me up for service and then proceeded to anyways. I received equipment in the mail a week later and returned it to sender. I called the company to cancel my account that I didn't sign up for and it was not cancelled. A couple days later they started pulling money out of my bank account. I had to change my bank accounts and make 8 phone calls to cancel this service I didn't sign up for. Customer Service reps guaranteed the money would be reimbursed and promised phone calls back. That never happened. This company cost me my time, piece of mind and over $160 within the first two weeks.Did I mention the sales representative showed up to my shop with his "boss" obviously intoxicated and proceeded to be disrespectful to me and my employees days before the equipment showed up. Yep, that happened too.
