I bought a Groupon for an outside hand car wash but to my surprise the place doesn’t take Groupons anymore for over 3 years, what really amazed me is Groupon still have it as available. I paid then for the regular basic car wash and the guys did a great job even with the freezing temperatures 1-21-24.

They barely rinsed the microfiber mit and left scratches over the entire vehicle. The person in charge tried to tell me that there is no way this amount of scratches came from this one wash. This is where he is wrong, nobody has washed this car except myself, (foam cannon and two bucket method). He tried to make it right by not charging for the wash, unfortunately this won't fix the damage (I paid and tipped btw). He also offered to polish out the scratches, I advised that the vehicle is ceramic coated and polishing will remove the coating, we disagreed and honestly, who knows what they would have done to the paint if they put a machine to it. What was supposed to be quick hand wash has now turned into an expensive repair.

I asked for the diamond service, immediately I noticed that they rushed washing my car. They honestly did a really sloppy job. I don't know if they did that because they seen that I was young and a woman at that. This often happens, I can never get a proper car wash. They didn't even properly wash my rims and didn't dry my mats.

Only place in this area that would take our work truck. Great service but would've been great if they had more detail. Over all the guys were very nice. I would recommend to all.

Really solid hand wash, very reasonable price for the all inclusive wash compared to other parts of North Jersey. It's a small place shared with a gas station so don't expect a customer sitting area.

BELOW EXPECTATIONS!!! Was the only customer there, youd assume a $40+ car wash would take extra care. Bugs still all over the front exterior, didnt vacuum seats well & interior windshield wasnt touched. Very disappointing!

The guys are located near my work, so I decided to give them a shot. It's a small spot and doesn't look like much, but the service they perform here is wonderful. They offered great attention to detail, and my car left looking like a million dollars. I am very particular about who touches my car and usually do all of my own detailing, so I was a little nervous. The high end cars coming and going were a good sign, as we're the recommendations, and I'm glad I took the chance on them.The staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They also made sure that every inch of my car looked great. No machines that will scratch your car can be found here. All the work is done by hand. When you arrive, there is a sign in the driveway offering the various services and prices. Their prices are fair and reasonable given the caliber of the worn. Friends and family have continued to remark on how good my car looks. They have earned a loyal customer. I will be back.

Just came here and was one of the only customers there so it’s not like they were busy. My car left the same way it came in… dirty. Wash the car on your own for a better result because they did not care at all about their work. Take pride in your work especially when you’re charging so much.

I spilled iced coffee over the floor of my brand new car after some guy cut me off and it flew out of my cup holder. I called here in a panic to make sure that they could do anything. It was the hottest day of the year so I knew I had to get it there quick before the stain dried up and smelled up my car. They were happy to help out and the manager was so nice! It took awhile (which I expected anyway!). But they cleaned it deep, steamed it and everything to make it look and smell just like new! I'm so happy with the service here :)

Went here May 16th. Place has garbage all over the parking lot, looks like the backyard of an abandoned house. It's so unappealing. No place to sit when they are tending to the car, but the fact that they spent maybe 2 minutes doing the interior, I didn't really need a seat. You would never know my interior was done and I purchased their top package. It's an SVU so a trunk vacuuming is something that I should not have had to ask for but I did have to ask. Door mats were hosed off but no soap was used to scrub them first. Pictures of sand not vacuumed in the trunk, impossible to miss, cup holders barely wiped, streaky surfaces, DIDN'T DO THE INTERIOR OF THE WINDOWS. Horrible.
