Would put zero stars if I could. The lady there is very rude and not helpful at all. I was there yesterday and she threw my change at me and when asked questions she gives attitude.

I always have a good experience when I use this post office. Packages seem to be delivered promptly to wherever I might be sending them. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I am very lucky that this little post office is nearby, and it is rarely crowded. I rarely see more than two other patrons.

They still your packages. Make sure you get a receipt for every things you send.

I live in South Plainfield and a sconce I ordered on Amazon somehow arrived here. They never even bothered to try to contact me and get it back to me. So now I had to ask Amazon for a refund and order again.

I usually go to this post office and a very nice Indian lady helps me, but today a short black girl with twist was there and she wasn't very helpful and it seemed she felt like somethings were above her 19.62$ she makes at the post office. Please bring the other lady back cause until then I won't be back her attitude was nasty and she was rude. When you sign up to be of service do just that or find a new job.

Went here at 9:00am waited 20 minutes knocked on window not one person came to the window to help. Employees walking around look at you but kept walking. Horrible service.

Mail seldom put into mailbox, left hanging out to get wet. When you call and complain you go 2 or 3 days without delivery. Never receive ads from grocery stores. This is incompetent work etiquettes.

On 12/18/17, I mailed letters here, all of which were sent to those living in the city. Since they were Christmas/Holiday Cards, I was hoping they would find their way to the people I sent them to before the new year. Pfffft..... Embarrassingly, I found out that they weren't received until 01/08/18. Does it really take 21 days for a simple letter to be delivered from the SAME City to the SAME City?

On 12/18/17, I mailed letters here, all of which were sent to those living in the city. Embarrassingly, I found out that they weren't received until 01/08/18. Does it really take 21 days for a simple letter to be delivered from the SAME City to the SAME City? On 01/22/18 I went in to purchase stamps and the credit card machine wasn't functioning. I left in order to go to the bank to obtain cash and came back to the machine working. Seriously, the US Post Office needs to do better. You charge customers a boatload of money for products that are horrendous in quality. Your service is awful!!!!
