“We purchased a beautiful sofa and matching loveseat, and as usual the staff designers had great suggestions and were able to easily help us design our custom pieces. A fabric swatch was quickly sent by mail so we could continue to select complementary furniture, rug, paint and accessories. We were also surprised that the furniture was delivered in the promised timeframe. We have a number of home improvement projects going on simultaneously and all of the contractors are complaining about huge supply chain disruption and inability to get anything on time. “I bought an office chair at Casey's nearly 5 years ago. I had a problem with the swivel section of the chair. I was afraid I would have to buy a new chair. I went back to Casey's and explained my problem. I did not have my receipt, but Edwin researched and found that the chair was still under warranty. He could have tried to sell me a new chair, but instead he handled the warranty process with the manufacturer. The replacement swivel came and within 10 days, my chair was fixed (not even a labor charge). Good service. Thank you.”
