Worst pharmacy ever.
No one wants to come out and take care of customers.
When one finally gets ordered to come out to take care of my prescription pick up, I get all sorts of attitude that she actually had to do something.
I’ve grown to expect this from the young ones, but surprised this work ethic has now reached middle aged healthcare professionals.
Actually , second attempt to pickup was much better. Got someone other than the long haired blonde with an attitude problem.
It also reflects on the local leadership. If you have someone that doesn’t want to work, and you keep them, it makes the whole team look bad.

Great employees! However, Karen Manager. An individual that doesn’t negotiate or work friendly with people and immediately shuts them down with negative attitude. Only reason why I come here is to get my partners prescription, maybe make them change pharmacies after this.

Great customer service! I needed cold medicine for hubby and the pharmacist was very helpful. She came out behind the counter and helped me find what he needed.They also have magnifying glasses hanging near the medicine. The miniscule writing is so hard to see, Rite Aid gives their customers a great way to read the medication boxes. Such a simple and helpful idea. They also had a good selection of makeup and nail products. It was clean and organized. Everything I was looking for was easy to find. The prices were okay and they have their own generic brand for extra savings. I was greeted when I entered and when I left. Parking was super easy. Plenty of handicap parking and the parking is close to the entrance. Great overall experience.

I don’t know how a pharmacy can be so awful. Every single time I have tried to pick up a prescription here there is a problem and that’s after I received a confirmation call that my prescription is ready for pickup. They either “didn’t get the script” or “don’t know what happened to the medication”. When I try to speak to someone about the lack of communication and utter incompetence they tell me to give them a break. They’re absolutely ridiculous. This is probably the 10th time or so I’ve had to start my medications late because of them. Do not waste your time here.

I've had more positive experiences at this location than I can remember. That being said I have no idea what happened this past year but the service has been ridiculous with waiting times of over 30 mins on the phone trying to simply refill a prescription. Pharmacist on repeat visits tells me i have no coverage when in fact i do so I am forced to play phone tag. Id honestly go elsewhere if you want to find someone that knows what they are doing

AWFUL!!!!! The pharmacy staff is incompetent. When this store messed up my perscription, they told me I had to go to my doctor and insurance company to fix it. So I called my doctor and insurance company. They told me that the only one that can fix mt problem was the pharmacy that caused it. This process took me two hours. The pharmacy manager was no help at all. When I attempted to come up with a solution, he turned around and walked away from me. I never raised my voice or used any obscenity whatsoever. This l**** pharmacist went into the next room and called the police on me. When the police came, they were angry with Rite Aid for making such a stupid call. Welcome to the communist state of New Jermany.

Had an appointment for flu vaccine. I was on time for appointment and checked in with the associate at the counter. After waiting 30 minutes in a seating area, I asked the associate what is happening? She mentioned this to the pharmacist. Sat down again for 10 minutes with no communication from anyone and I told the counter associate I was leaving. Very, very poor communication by pharmacist. I will go elsewhere to obtain my flu shot.

I didn’t expect much from this place since it’s in Pburg (land of inbreds and Mountain Dew for breakfast) but wow! These pharmacists must have been at the bottom of their class. Maybe they just got their ‘credentials’ from a vending machine. The clerks at the pharmacy are half dead mentally and every sense of the phrase. Unless you absolutely have no choice, don’t even waste your time like I did.

I go here several times a week all employees very nice but every time I need the pharmacy they seem to be bothered by any questions and the pharmacist looks through you like your invisible...Do better!

Robyn in Pharmacy is a stellar employee and overall just a kind, patient human being!I was experiencing severe pain from a procedure. She took the time to escort me to the bathroom (ie RiteAid procedure) She shortened my wait time on my pain killer. I could not speak higher of this angel! It touched me so deeply she deserves the review. I hope the manager of this branch knows what a terrific employee Robyn is.
