Please remove the spiders from your outside atm. Sooo many of them on both ATMs. Had me freaking out coming in my car and spider webs on my fingers.

The Lady that we met with was so very nice to my 16 yr old they were getting their first bank account and she was a breath of fresh air She is blonde and works in the offices not at the teller both. So upset I can't think of her name but anyway she explained everything to my child and it's not an easy task to have a 16 yr old excited to save money for their future but this lady did.

The worst bank ever!!!I had a loan with the bank with auto payment withdrawal for over a year now. Due to the economic situation in the country our sales went down 50% we call Pnc bank to move our due date to more convenient time for us to adjust our schedule payment they refused helping us! They want us to default on our loan! What a helpless bank! Small businesses run away from this bank anywhere anytime?

Best for half dollars was told they have a bunch and to wait in line. Then told me they couldn't give me $20 worth of half dollars because I don't have an account.

I actually for the 1st time ever want to highly express that PNC Bank has been very helpful to me personally. They've served me for many years now & counting. I like how they've a lot of diverse accounts. Hillcrest branch at Phillipsburg NJ is very clean, has welcoming staffs & they all work together as a team to satisfy customers needs. Dora who is a banker at Hillcrest really helped me a lot when I needed PNC bank to represent me with a personal emergency service.Thank you PNC Bank.

Not the best at customer service, although they WILL call when you answer an automatic customer survey. They do their best to welcome you, but after that they seem uninterested in you as a customer. They are doing the LEAST
