Not good with grooming. Viewed roughhandling of the dogs when checking out. Place smelled too.

Yesterday, my partner and I had purchased a harness for our 1 year old dog that he immediately slipped out of right in the parking lot. We went back into the store and Aaron was called to help us find a better fitting harness. Aaron was AMAZING! He took the time to fully explain and educate us on the different leash options vs harnesses and even went into detail to give us a mini lesson on how to best train our newly adopted dog how to walk on the slip leash with us. It was a fantastic experience to have a conversation with someone so knowledgable and so willing to make sure we found the right leash that would work best for our goals with our dog. The store had a great selection of harnesses, leashes, and everything we could possibly need for our dog. We are bummed we don't live closer or we would make this our regular Petco. We will definitely be shopping here when we know we will be in the area. Overall, the best experience we could have asked for when going to get things for our dog.

We have been bringing our Golden Retriever here for several years and always like the service Beca was the best. I just dropped off our dog for grooming and was surprised by the sticker shock. Prices increased dramatically in January 2019. A bath only is near $60 and a cut increases the cost to near $80. Last year, all of this was $50+. There seems to be a big groomer change over at this facility within the last year. I will admit that the grooming is still good.

They charged me for things I didn't need or wanted. There price for dog wash is not present at store or website, and even with the wash I paid for my dog still smelled and needed a second bath at home

Big fish selection. Great grooming. Def recommend. Lots of choices and great staff. Dog trainers are very helpful

a store run by kids with no guidance and no inventory. was told on the phone they had everything i asked for. out of most items and the rest was only large bulk bags left. was told to buy sand at homedepot and it killed everything in my tank. pass this train wreck up!

Had an amazing experience today at petco! Not only was the employee knowledgable but so friendly to myself and my little puppy. Becca was the one who helped me and she truely completed my experience and made pet shopping that much easier. I will definitely be returning and no longer shopping at other stores when shopping is made this simple and kind. Highly recommend!!!

Zach is an excellent Manager at this location.He has helped me numerous times with questions concerning my cats.He has made great recommendations for them.He is friendly,knowledgeable and a pleasure for me to work with as a customer!Zach is a huge asset to Petco.Thank you Zach!

Zach is so rude every time I come here he is judgemental and nasty. If it was not for Jenna Maries bubbly customer savy personality I would probably never come back. Lighten up Zach its customer service. Smile and be nice.

We bought my daughter a guinea pig from the Phillipsburg, NJ store as a Christmas present. Right away, I wasn't impressed with the store or the animal handling skills I saw on display. It was very difficult to flag down anyone to help me, and the guy who eventually got her out of the cage for me handled her like a stuffed animal, practically dropping her into the cardboard carrier. A couple weeks later, the pig showed signs of an upper respiratory infection so we brought her back to see the vet. I just called to find out when she would be done with her treatment... they sold her. They freaking sold my 10-year-old daughter's Christmas present to someone else! According to the store, there was no contact information listed for her. No contact information... EXCEPT for the copy of the original purchase paperwork that I handed to them. So, now, I get to tell my 10-year-old that her li'l Muffin is gone forever. Thanks for the staggeringly careless and inept treatment of my daughter's pet. While they did offer me a discount on a new pig, I think I'll pay full price elsewhere.
