This is ridiculous!!! 2 teller's with 18 customers in line. A Monday morning at 11:30am. Will NEVER use Wells Fargo again!! Closed my account after waiting on line for over an hour!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!

I'm am very disappointed in this bank Wells Fargo doesn't even care about there customers for a person that works 6 days week it's very hard for them to even make it to the bank in time so normally it's best to go on the weekend so I finally get to the bank after a few months of non-stop working 6 day a week to make my deposit and Wells Fargo and whoever they leave in charge decide to close my checking account without notice or calling Me he'll they didn't even bother to send Me an email I mean we're in the customers satisfaction we're the customer is treated right Wells Fargo doesn't even care if you have a checking account or not this bank only shows there customers that if 1 doesn't even use there account for a few months do to this epidemic we're somevpeople still don't get a full week's paycheck so sometime they don't have enough to put in there account or even when they work 6 days a week and can't make it to the bank in time I mean I should be up to the customers if they want to keep there checking or savings account but Wells Fargo doesn't care of what people are going through with this epidemic so Wells Fargo gets a BIG (F) for not letting there customers choose if they want to keep there account and for LYING on there adds when they say every they are happy to have you as a customer because all they do is get are regular employees for new trainees they changed more employees there then have stock one might as well find a bank we're the company itself doesn't want to lose your business wether if you have a checking's or savings account this bank completely suck this is the Wells Fargo bank on Smith St in Perth Amboy
