I RARELY write bad reviews but I 100% don't recommend this store. The agent who helped sign me up told me that they had a promotion of an $80.00 plan (this was about 6 months ago) and if I signed up for autopay I'd get a discount in addition to a student discount. When I spoke with an online agent to discuss discrepancies on my bill, they told me they never had this kind of promotion and that my plan was $80.00 because I had enrolled in autopay, not because of a plan promotion. He also told me that I would receive a discount of around $20 for my trade-in when in reality I get $11 for a trade-in and I pay $22 for my device. I should have taken it as a red flag when I was signing up when he'd never answered my question of how much my bill would be. But I was too excited to change from AT&T. I had a similar plan with Verizon a few years ago with an iPhone (now a Samsung) and my bill was around $90 vs now it's around $127 for ONE PERSON. Overall don't go to this store, the agent who helped me at the time barely knew how to do his job, how much my bill would cost, & the other worker there was standoffish.
