I didn’t even want to give 1 star!!!!
Do NOT use the office!! They charged me for a policy that was never in effect and refused me a refund! Then, 8 months later, they contacted me for a signature on that same policy. When I declined and requested a refund, it now has been a joke trying to get a refund since being contacted in April 2024!!! Numerous emails back and forth requesting my money be returned and still, here we are, almost a year later and my refund was sent to a closed bank account that they want me to try and retrieve from bank!!
I’ve never had such an experience….being erroneous and fraudulently charged, the. I have to fight for money that should never been taken from me!!

Very poor service. I cancelled my policy and I got refund also, but lot less than expected and sent an email twice for explanation for how do they derive the refund amount.
