I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes..This was a fantastic experience! I can not thank Daniel and the staff enough..Ps. Rob answered my phone call with various questions with kindness and helped me repack a box when the store was just about to close. This was probably the best service experience I have ever had.”

“I always give my husband my USPS and UPS returns, but he often ends up driving around with the packages in his car. On one such occasion I happened to be in the vehicle with him when we drove past My Mailbox Store. On a whim I told him to stop so that I could see if they'd take my packages. Lo and behold, they do! This is your one-stop-shop for dropping off all your USPS, FedEx, or UPS returns or packages. They also have the resources to pack and ship things on your behalf. It really couldn't have been easier, and the associate was super friendly. This is a very convenient place!”

“I worked with Navis Pack & Ship out of Philadelphia PA. I shipped an antique corner cabinet that had very delicate glass to Colorado. Everything arrived safely with absolutely no damage. They also quoted a reasonable price. Many of the other shippers I looked into were almost double the price.”

“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”
“This review is for a certain older gentleman that is usually in the front and wears glasses. I come to this staples very often and I am treated with not so friendly faces and attitudes from other staff members., but this gentleman ALWAYS has a smile on his face and treats ALL customers with such grace. I wanted to thank him for always having such a great attitude towards us customers no matter the situation. I hope that staples upper management values and incentivizes this gentleman. I hope that working in customer service doesn’t dim his bright light! Again thank you!”

The service associate in the Printing area was very helpful to me and assisted when I experienced issues with the copier. I received excellent customer service and the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would return to this location in the future.”

“Your delivery company did great!! I received my package earlier than projected. The box was in perfect condition. It was a piece of furniture that was left in the driveway and out of the way of the garage door to allow for cars. That was very thoughtful!! Very happy with the service I received!”
