My experience with Xcell motors was ok. When a issue arose, they did the right thing and took care of it. Since the car was sitting for a little while, it did not start when going for a test drive. I asked for the battery to be replaced which they agreed upon and then bought the car. The battery was not replaced initially when I picked up the vehicle. I did receive a new one after questioning it though. I was told the battery was still good and recharged so it didn't need replacing. Jahna was very helpful too.
Update: 2 weeks later and the original "recharged" battery died while taking my Dad to physical therapy. I am changing the battery now as I write this, at least I got the new battery.

The car I got from here is running great and hasn’t given me any problems. The process of buying it wasn’t tedious or annoying and they were pretty straight up. Michelle was also really friendly and helpful through out the process , really appreciated her.

The lady who serves is very courteous and patient. I didn't know how financing worked and although I wasn't ready to buy, the lady explained the process to me, she is very attentive and honest. When I'm ready, I will definitely go to this place.

I have never been through so much car issues like I did with my 09 Honda CR-V. Since I bought this car I have spent an additional 5-7 thousand on repairs over last 2 years. I had issues from the catalytic converter, throttle body, radiator, fuel pump, car had no heat. Everything under the car was rusted so bad that parts were cracking when I tried to fix it causing me to pay more money for welder to put pieces back together. I could write a paragraph just listing the issues I have faced. Even with all that I still didn’t find the need to write a review i just took it as lesson learned. The only reason why I’m even leaving a review now 2 years later after my purchase is because I went to motor vehicle to inspect the car today and they told me that the current inspection sticker i had on my was fake. Since I bought the car I have never had the car inspected. In fact that was one of the selling points that they used to entice me. Telling me that the car is good on inspection for next 2 years all the while it was fake. I am thankful that I have never been pulled over for the sticker since I buying this car because they would assume it’s me. I have been buying used cars for the last 10 years so I know that repairs are expected but to this extent I’ve pretty much repaired the car back to new condition considering I had to fix everything except the engine, transmission. Buyers beware shop around, bring a (knowledgeable) mechanic something I wish I did.

2012 Hyndai Elantra sold me a lemon it had so many problems that weren't covered on the "warranty" because the problems started popping after the warranty days passed, it didn't last past a year and a half started blowing thick black clouds and more some. Total loss. If your looking go for certified pre-owned or 1-2 previous owners on the carfax. Do your research you can end up with a car someone else wasn't taking care of. Salesman will pressure you to co-sign if your credit is bad or say you have to put a huge down payment.
