I had a deeply disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. After spending $120, I was astounded by the lack of professionalism displayed. The staff member, particularly one woman, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Despite requesting a receipt for the transaction, she flatly refused to provide one and shockingly told me not to return to their business. To make matters worse, my car was still not fixed after their service. I strongly advise against visiting this location; it's clear from my experience that there's a high risk of being treated poorly and potentially being ripped off. I recommend looking for a more reliable and professional service provider.

The first day I visited the location as a client for a wheel alignment, they were pretty nice, the secretary and assuming the other guy that I believe it was the manager too, in general a pleasant experience.
When I went by for more information about what's needed for my car, since it was under my personal mecanic warranty. I was told that I need to coming in for that information, I went by, the moment the secretary saw me, she was like a totally different person, with an attitude since I was not longer a paying customer. She was not happy with my presence and that they were busy. Since my mecanic what's doing the work, he should know better.... (I just wanted to let him know what was the reason for not being able to complete the wheel alignment) anyway, I was charged when I was there before, and I just wanted to know more information as I'm entitled... When I inquire a little more I was giving a pretty nasty look. The mecanic come by and gave me a pretty nice explanation as a professional, that's all I asked for. Thanks
That's not how you treat a customer, if that is their attitude for information only. Imagen just image how they'll back up their work.
Sadly, I thought I had found my new location for my car maintenance.

Dont go to this place, if you bring your own part they will said they changed when is not true to then charge u again for the same part they be stealing and being racist with people of dark slin color calling them ghetto

This shop is cozy with great equipment and convenient location with a customer satisfaction focus as a priority. There is a friendly and helpful team of mechanics as well as the service desk very courteous and decent people. I recommend this place If you have an issue with your car or truck that needs service as of right now!
Important note: They will have plenty of patience with clients. Please bring up some patience as well, as they will really appreciate it.
