service is trash . Everyone is acting like they are doing something but they aren’t doing anything. They play too much and waste so much time . Go to Paterson Tire co , it’s down the block , they are way faster and have the same prices. Lafayette tire corp sucks !!!

I went to ask for a quote to change my tires. A very bad-tempered man came out and told me to wait. He came out again and told me the quote without explaining anything at all. He came out with a cigarette in his hand and treated me in a despotic manner. As a woman, I felt denigrated in this place because of the treatment given to me by that man who, I don't know if he is the owner or manager, but I would never return to this place nor would I recommend him why, if that's how the treatment is before doing the work, I can't imagine. after. Leaving where I was parked, he yelled at me to wake up, I thought he was going to hit my car.

I purchased new tires from Lafayette Tire Shop about 2 years ago, someone paid for them I would of never brought new tires from them. Anyway they broke my tire sensor and left it inside the tire. But this is y’all go to place. We keep going to these ppl that don’t care about us. Btw they blew my tire today and blamed me. SMH.

Seems i went when they were way too busy so i couldnt get any service whatsoever....the owner told me to wait and turned his back on me to go receive a tire delivery....just a suggestion...learn how to DELEGATE....i called 3 tire shops (with their lack of interest and attention i had time to do this) and landed at Rudy's tire shop right around the corner and got what i needed as soon as possible
....if a business like lafayette understands that only their time is important and their customers dont deserve the attention required for a simple tire replacement transaction then i wont be going back...
