I bought a car from this company back in February of this year. He had an ad of Facebook marketplace. He advertised a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. "In good condition, ready to go." I communicated online and in person, that I am a mom with three small children. I need a reliable car as at that time I was renting a car going through a separation. This man heard of all my troubles and decided to sell me a lemon. 7 months later as I am driving to lunch from work the car stalls on me. Thank GOD my co workers had AAA, they managed to bring it my mechanic who later told me the cars' engine is seized. I've had three different mechanics inform me that if the car stops while driving it is a bad motor. I've been texting and calling this guy with no response. Begging him to do the right thing. I am now moving to take legal actions. As I've spent nearly $1000 in transportation to get to and from work because of this horrible transaction. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY OR USE THEIR SERVICES. I'll see you in court!

They came and helped me out today through AAA. No one wants to deal with their vehicle breaking down but they came quickly and the driver was extremely nice and patient. My truck was stuck in park but he was able to troubleshoot the issue and got it into neutral so it could be put on the tow truck. I am grateful they were sent to help me.

Amazing service from start to finish. First company to pick up call late at night and when scheduled the towing they were there in 10 minutes. The driver manually moved my car to get it on the flat bed. Very smooth transaction for a very stressful time. Thanks again Generation X Towing.

I have never left a review in any social format but it’s midnight and I’m sitting in a hotel room alone with a sick child while my husband gets rejected to tow our car by Generation X. They used safety reasons as a concern bc I am not there. The AAA request was under my name but my husband and I are under the same AAA account for 15 years now. My husband had my license, AAA card along with all of his information. There was zero professionalism, thoroughness, or empathy from Generation X. So if your looking for reliability and a company who stands by ethical practices go elsewhere.
