This service was delivering my parcel to Lviv, Ukraine last week. The parcel was quite heavy, but I could calculate the value in advance on the official site, so it was just fine for me. The operator prepared all paperwork for me, I just gave destination address details. I appreciate it a lot that the goods arrived on time and were delivered with no delays. I liked the transparent price policy as the delivery cost matched the estimated value on the site.

It was excellent I could finally find this affordable service to send my packages to Krakow. I usually send a parcel every second week to my parents. And as a rule, I am very upset when the parcel is lost or seriously delayed. It is a different experience with Roxolana. I used both air and sea deliveries, and both work fine. Next week, I am going to send another parcel via this service, I trust it.

After being completely let down by the other forwarder, I decided to try Roxolana. I was sending two parcels to Kazakhstan last month. So far, everything worked very well, the operator accepted my documents very quickly, and I could fill in customs declaration directly on the site. My packages arrived safe and sound on the due time. Last month I was sending several parcels to Odessa. But these were really heavy, so even the smallest discount for weight was vital for me. Roxolana offered me sea delivery at a very good price. So finally I sent one box by air with urgent things, and the rest were dispatched be sea. And it turned out to be a really nice deal from the cost point of view. Everything arrived safe, and I really appreciate your help.

It could deliver my orders in the fastest terms and the most competitive price. I think their air delivery terms are super fast, it took less than ten days for the last parcel to arrive to my location. I hope to continue our cooperation in the same way.

The worst experience I've ever had with shipping to Ukraine. I shipped them two packages to be sent to Ukraine using provided UPS labels. One of the packages was never delivered to Roxolana - UPS tracking had status 'out for delivery' but later changed to 'in progress' and stuck there forever. It's totally on UPS but it was impossible to reach Roxolana customer service to find out if there's any insurance for that lost box.The second package made it to Ukraine and my mom received a text message saying it is scheduled for delivery on 12/30/21 but it never was delivered that day. She called the phone number from the text message - it turned out to be the driver who was rude, said he was off and he didn't know anything so she'd better call hotline whose number she should look up online. It was radio silence since than and I can't reach Roxolana phone numbers either.This was the first time I used the service per friend's recommendation and definitely the last.

I have already sent a few parcels from Randolph, New Jersey to Ukraine with Roxolana's help. And overall, I liked everything about our cooperation, from communication to actual delivery of the packages. The company offers two forwarding options – by sea and air. I tried both variants, and they worked flawlessly – no delays and other issues. So I definitely recommend this service for excellent performance.

I used the service for many years when Michael was there - service was friendly and nice. Now, Michael is away for at least 6 months, and I called for help. The new person, woman who is in charge, she told me directly that she is too busy to handle my claim; other customers are more important; and she is too tires and have no time to eat. She will handle my claim when she feels like it. BTW, I called at least 40 times and my claim would take her less than 10 minutes to do. Unbelievable.
