I got online offer for my car for $36853(see attached file). When I got there guy name Slava told me that’s my car has a big mileage (but I mentioned it before I get online quite), a lot of scratches and never serviced in official dealership (I changed oil by myself) that’s why maximum that he can offer is $30k. Spend around 2 hours to get there and get back home! Just another scam dealership who are trying to lure you in and then tell you that everything is so bad with your car to lower cost of your car!!!!

Easy process! Paul and Allen were very patient with my son and me. Audi A6 was better than described and both Paul and Allen were very honest with their assessment of the car. All paperwork, registration and licensing were taken care of before I arrived to pick up the car. I will be purchasing another vehicle from Zoom in the near future. Wonderful experience!

Amazing where do I even start! First of all they waited and stayed open late(i drove all the way from philly) Paul was waiting at the door when I pulled up. Even though i was slightly later than my agreed time due to traffic they did not complain and were extremely polite and funny throughout the process. This place and staff definitely knows how to treat a customer the car I purchased was 2010 Mercedes s600, the v12 was kept in tip top shape interior was pristine honestly even better than the pictures. I am extremely happy and will not buy a car without stopping here this is the place to be. If you want to feel good and be happy with the car you chose zoom is the place!

I highly recommend Steve at this car dealership. He is truly the best among the others on market. Steve always quickly and efficiently finds exactly what you need. For instance, he helped me find an excellent Sprinter for my business. His personalized approach and attention to detail elevate the level of service at this dealership to new heights. I believe this is the first time I have ever commented on a business. I am doing so because of the above-and-beyond service I received from Steve, Paul and everyone else at Zoom Auto. I purchased the car through Bring a Trailer and went to pick it up at their dealership. The deal was done and I expected them to simply hand me the keys. No, they gave me a master class over the next few hours on everything they thought I should know about the car, how to maintain it, what to do and, importantly, what not to do. They could not have been more generous with their time. When I noted another great car on their lot, they took me out for a test drive. I thought I was simply going to Zoom Auto to hand over a check, but they generously treated me to first class service as if I was one of their oldest customers. And the car was impeccable, I should add. But it is the service that I consider remarkable. We should all be so lucky to come across a bunch of folks that genuinely love cars and want to share their love with you. Do I recommend Zoom Auto? You bet I do. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Given the chance, I would only buy cars from Zoom Auto. I hope to have the chance again one day (soon).

Hands down the best car buying experience I had thus far. My wife and I were greeted by Paul at the door of Zoom Auto and could not have had a better experience and were treated with respect the entire time. Paul was very patient, knowledgeable, understanding and never came across of telling you what you wanted to hear for the sake of closing a deal. Paul went over the entire process with a fine tooth comb and made sure every detail was accounted for and was patient and understanding from every question that we asked regarding the car. Everything from the test drive to the financing was done in a fashion to make us comfortable every step of the way with zero rush and zero pressure.
