Bob, my service manager was wonderful! He kept me updated on the status of my car for the duration it was there. He quickly answered any questions I had and returned all my phone calls quickly. The service team was able to pinpoint the issue and get my car back out on the road.

The service team at LR Parsippany are the best service team, hands down. They were able to schedule an emergency appointment for next day to swap out my tire that was under warranty. There was $0 out of pocket expenses and the service was exceptional! The complimentary car wash is a welcome surprise. You have a customer for life!

EXPENSIVE!!!! Brought in RR for scheduled maintenance. Brought in a 20% discount coupon they sent in mail, denied knowing about it (the advisor said they never heard of it), took some time to verify. When they finished with the car they didn’t apply it (seemed like on purpose), so had to ask again. Again another full run around and double checking that their own coupon even existed. Finally got it resolved and took more time to adjust the bill. Seemed odd that their own advertisement/coupon was questioned as the “never heard of it”. Everyone seemed a bit abrupt and unfriendly… like they didn’t need my business or i was bothering them (especially at getting loaner car, checkout, paying). At the checkout area - talking smack about other employees was interesting to hear. Finding another place to have my RR serviced from now on.

Using the latest technologies, I was kept in the loop from the time the car came in to when it left. The paperwork sent and payment was easily made so when we got there the car was ready. My advisor Nick was terrific and I felt like I was his only client. So easy and the job done was fantastic. Thanks guys.
