I received my flowers that were damaged and falling apart on Valentine’s Day. I contacted customer service and no one ever got back to me. For the amount you spend for flowers and lack of customer service you might as well take your business somewhere else!

Don’t ever buy flowers from these companies. I had ordered online and they sent me the complete wrong arrangement and box and they charge me an arm and a leg do yourself a favor. This doesn’t last long it’s just a fad. This won’t last long will eventually fail and go out of business. These companies do not buy from these companies at all.

I received a Big box on V-Day. Which is exactly two months to the day. The flower’s started fading and the smell is nonexistent! I did everything like I was told for care. Keep from the sunlight, keep from the heat. I made sure to take extra care of my flowers. My husband said I’m obsessed with taking care of them. The amount of money spent was not a little bit. I called the store manager Chane and she tried her best to assist. She told me that quite a few people have complained about the color and I would have to call customer service. I did that and have yet to get a response from them after being assured someone would get back to me. I am very disappointed with this policy of no exchange or returns especially being it’s only been 60 days for a product that’s suppose to last up till a year. I told my Husband to never purchase from this company again or Garden State Plaza. Sad and disappointed!

Finally got my Venus Rose Box! It was about time thanks to my boyfriend. He definitely did his thing with choosing the color of the roses and the box. Also the smell is still very strong as if I just got them still. I got them in October. Love them!!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Management is horrible, they have a disgusting attitude and don't know how to service paying customers ! I recommend making the trip and going to the NYC locations.

I just bought myself a huge square box filled with navy blue roses! Suzanne at the Garden State Plaza was so Amazing and Sweet!! She was extremely helpful and she educated me on how the roses stay preserved. Definitely recommend this store and mall to everyone!!!
