Disappointing Customer Service!
I've made several purchases from this store, and while the buying experience initially seems pleasant, that changes dramatically when it comes to repairs. Every time I've come in for repairs, I’ve been treated poorly and blamed for the poor craftsmanship of their jewelry. They expect me to hand over my pieces with no assurance that they will take responsibility if anything is lost or stolen while in their care.
It’s nearly impossible to get a cost estimate without pressuring them, and when I’ve escalated the issue to management, they were equally dismissive and rude. It's clear that once you've made your purchase, they no longer care about providing a positive customer experience.
Don’t be fooled by their friendliness during the sale—they will treat you like dirt when you return for service. I won't be shopping here again.

This Tiffany is on the first floor of Garden State Plaza. It’s huge inside. They have a seating area inside too, where they serve complimentary drinks. The associates are super friendly here. We have bought items on multiple occasions. There’s a great variety of items available. They provide lifetime cleaning and shining of any Tiffany products.

Went in to get a bracelet polished with my two year old. The staff was very attentive to me, and one staff member even brought my little one stickers and sat to play with him when he started to get restless. I will be returning to make a purchase soon.

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring from Tiffany’s in GSP after receiving the amazing support from the sales associate GRACIE. She had such an amazing experience that we went back and purchased our wedding bands with her help. Although the quality of Tiffany’s is undeniable, a great sales associate can make or break the memorable experience.Gracie made us feel so special and more than just clients. Needless to say I went back and purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée with Gracie’s help. I was so intimidated however Gracie took her time answering all of my questions and took her time helping me find the perfect ring for my fiancée. I am happy to say that I am looking forward to always coming back to Gracie for all future jewelry purchases as I trust her judgement and appreciate her knowledge. Thank you for making the experience a great memory for us both!I also want to thank Trish and the two female security guards who are always extremely attentive and welcoming whenever we visit the store.

I was nervous to walk into Tiffany and Co. for the first time. I am so happy I did! Over the year, Gracie has become such an important part of my life! She has made picking out the perfect engagement ring as easy as picking out as simple any shopping experience I have had. She is personable and always happy to help. She remembers small details and helps create perfect moments! Me and my now wife work exclusively with Gracie, and look forward to seeing her! We travel 2 hours to work with her when we have stores closer to home. It's the small things that count, and Gracie has become more of a friend than just a store associate.

My daughter graduated 7th grade with high honors, so what better way to celebrate, than with a classic Tiffany Bracelet. My daughter was so happy to choose her own favorite bracelet. Then to our surprise, Shane our amazing sales person was kind enough to bring us two Perrier's to sit and enjoy the ambiance for a few. We recommend Shane, who had a great sense of style with encyclopedic knowledge of the brand history.
