I waited at this Nars Garden State Plaza for 2 hrs. I got there at 11:00am -1:00pm. How are they still in business? Given life be lifing so an 15, 20 hell Even 30 min but 2hour on a weekend is crazy.

Makeup lessons are available. For around $100, you can learn how to make up in an American style. It seemed like a little known service.

They cancelled my makeup appointment (that I booked a month prior) at 10pm the night before. That really upset me because the day of the appointment was my birthday dinner with friends and it was too last minute to book elsewhere. I get to the store to see if I can speak with someone to get a little help at least with their foundation, and no one was at the counter. I started to peruse a bit. One sales associate did come out eventually but was not interested in helping nor did they ask if I needed help to begin with. Very disappointed. Ended up getting more help at Sephora at the other end of the mall. Will not return.

I drive and hour and forty minutes to get my Nars products here and let me tell you! The help I received from Joshua H. was outstanding! He was very patient with me and understood my needs! As a makeup artist we are always looking for new products and trending items and he helped me with that. He literally explained why and how to use certain products! I give him a 5 out of 5! He even told me about the makeup classes Nars has to offer and I’ve signed up! Will be back soon!

I would just like to personally thank Stephenie at the Nara Garden State Plaza location, who literally changed my life and how I feel about myself. I walked in looking for a product to change my complexion, assuming I had gray undertones. Turns out I was using all the wrong products and colors casting a gray shadow on my face. (Was doing this for years and had no idea that was the problem).Stephenie spent sooo much time with me and was suuuuuper patient She picked out the perfect products and colors for me (that I didnt even know existed), spent the time to teach me how to use them, and which order to apply them.I am so happy with the results. I look and feel like a better and more confident version of myself thanks to Stephenie at Nars Garden State Plaza. She is absolutely amazing !!!Happiest customer alive.

Stephenie is the best! I’m not great with makeup and not always sure what I should buy, but she always helps me find exactly what I need to create that fresh natural look. They also keep a record of your past purchases so when you need a refill it’s not a guessing game. Great customer service and a friendly environment!

Awesome staffs. I was there to try on eyeshadow with my mom. Staff are friendly and offered to put the eyeshadow on for me. I ended up buying both make up brushes and eyeshadows. Thanks!

Totally agree on what the other person said. Manager of this store is very rude and doesn't have any will to sell the stuff. whenever i go here to buy what i need i feel so bad because of the manager. I think nars company should educate their staff to be nice to customers.
