Spent around $1100-1200 on two suits. Wandered over to the $14.99 clearance section and found 3 shirts I was interested in. They rang up $19.99 even though they were on the $14.99 rack, and they wouldn't honor it. Completely regret spending money here and entertaining that horrific customer service at this type of "high end" establishment, but needed to get the suits for an upcoming wedding fast. Thanks and never again ?

RUDE STAFF
The staff working the shop were rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was there to buy a suit but was made to feel like I was pulling them away from doing nothing. I've been a customer for years but am now looking elsewhere for my next suit.

This place is amazing. I came here needing a new set of outfits not happy due to checking out other places and exhausted from shopping with no luck. I was helped by Chris and he not only got me many pieces of clothing at a great price, but made the process fun. I’d highly recommend coming here for clothing as the prices are bad, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great.

Chris “like Christmas ?” was the absolute best in customer service and recommendations. Strongly recommend for anyone looking to buy a suit or tux. The location had better selection and service than any of the other nearby Men’s Apparel stores.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jos A. Bank in Paramus, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My son needed a suit for interviews and upcoming special functions. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable shopping trip. I’ve been coming here periodically over the past 15 years anytime I’ve needed suits or shirts. John, Danny, and others on staff are always a great help. I can’t recommend them and this location enough.

I was not happy with how the suit came out and was tailored. I was told by the employee in the dressing room area that I can return the suit. A few minutes latera blonde haired woman with glasses came over and said that I could not make the return. I asked to speak to her manager and if there was anyone above her there. She said no. She was very rude but luckily there was a manager that was above her at the location who handled the return properly. I told her I had a similar experience at another location and she says well you can't keep buying suits and returning them after they're altered. I told her that's not something that I like to do. It's not a great past time of mine. Especially since I have a wedding to go to in a few days and now I do not have a suit. The alterations did not come out well.Chris the manager took care of the return and I do appreciate that and how he handled the situation. Please steer clear of this blonde-haired woman. I don't know her name and I really don't care to know it.Daniel was also great to deal witj. Actually everyone else but this person was nice.So, she pretty much lied about the return policy and also lied about her position. Thank you for being so honest......I am hopeful for your reply to see what other lies come out of it.

Absolutely awesome experience and staff were extremely friendly at the Paramus, NJ location! They looked passed my basketball shorts and t-shirt, and treated me not only like I was the only customer there (there was a full store), but like I was going to spend a million dollars even though I was only there for a $70 pair of slacks. Jos A. Bank customer for life!
