“We came to this Target recently for kids' clothes and some groceries, and found everything we were looking for quickly. The clothing sections were larger than the Targets we usually go to, so more options and also more clearance to choose from. It's an older store with only about four self-checkouts, so the process of getting out was a little slower. Parking lot is large, but very crowded, especially on Saturdays, since it's for the whole mall.”
“Huge thank you to the team and most specifically Carlos. I came in with a broken phone issue and he was super helpful in getting me in contact with insurance. I couldn't turn my phone on, so he swapped out my SIM card so I cold use a different device to file my claim. He was also very helpful in answering my questions about potential upgrades, etc. I came in frustrated with a broken phone, and left feeling better, and with a solution. now THAT is customer service!”
