The customer service is horrendous, I was overcharged for an item. I realized when I get home, when I returned to the store they told me it wasn’t a big deal and refunded me in full instead of adjusting the price. They then also refused to give me my receipt. I will never return back to this store. ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO REFUSED TO CORRECT THE MATTER WHEN I TRIED CONTACTING THEM PRIOR TO RETURNING BACK TO THE STORE FOR MY REFUND/ PRICE ADJUSTMENT.

this place is very rude and the customer service is horrendous. one of the members of their staff were very rude to me and they did not seem like they wanted to be there. The girl that had a bun and a white sweatshirt with butterflies and was rude to me and was acting like the things i wanted to buy were bad and my fashion was bad. I will not be visiting this place again until they fix the issues with there staff.

I bought shorts here and then I tried to return them and they didn't let me solely because I didn't have the card I bought them with. I've never heard that before

Visited today and was totally annoyed. A young lady on the floor came up to me and told me no food in the store. No signs posted and I was just holding it as I browsed. I said oh ok and left no problem that’s your policy and I respect it! I walked past the store 5 minutes later and saw 6 people in the front all holding drinks and shopping. I went back inside and as I was walking to the register she yelled directly at me again no food in the store.I ignored her from that point and asked for a manager. The manager understood my point and assured me they weren’t profiling but it was hard to think other judged on how I was treated and what I saw.If you have a policy it has to be enforced across the board you can not pick and choose who you want to apply it to! I have the money but if I had the time they would have a nice lawsuit on their hands. They are begging to give away money with the attitudes in this place.
