Love coming to this club, there is so much space, I don't feel cramped like other corporate gyms. Also it is nice that it is open 24/7 and it is safe.

I have been visiting this gym for several years, but lately it has been very neglected. It seems that it is not cleaned. In the cardio gym, the machines are very dirty and broken. They look like they are in different states. Please try to make it a cleaner environment. No, I dare not recommend it in this condition.

Signed up coz they have pool but they have ridiculous hours closes 12-4pm, when it opens always crowded and people swimming insisting 2 person per lap lane no circle swim, which you have to wait til you get a lane and it closes at 8pm the water needs to be maintained water is cloudy/murky and shower shower room needs to be cleaned.

It’s nasty.. been here for years and to be honest it keeps diminishing ! It’s dirty and the lockers most of them are broken and “out of service “ for years lol.. as seen on photos. Not to mention it’s so hot the whole gym feeling like a sauna . I even try to bring it up at the front desk but the customer service is horrible! The spray disinfecting bottles are always empty or broken and most of the paper dispensers are always out! Btw all these pictures are taken in one day . Not accumulated !

Really ,you aren’t trying that hard to keep ‘us happy’ since im back here 4 weeks later and all the glass as shown in previous pictures are still exactly the same and carpet stain with red nasty, whatever that is, is still all there as is the equipment in poor shape or not working . The lockers are still “out of service, half not working half are just locked and they don’t bother unlocking … just doesn’t seem like anyone even attempted to address any of these issues , but yeah, ok??

Management should focus on cleanliness, especially when COVID is on the rise again. The quality has been steadily decreasing for years. The last three days have been particularly frustrating. They ran out of stock on paper towels and couldn’t purchase a temporary solution so that we can clean the equipment ourselves. Very unsanitary! Today, they placed a roll of toilet paper in its place. What are we supposed to do with that?

FAKE ADVERTISEMENT, SCAMMERS.... THEY ADVERTISE 3 FREE DAYS TO TRY THEIR FACILITIES BUT THEY'RE ALL SCAMMING PEOPLE. ONCE YOU'RE IN THE GYM, IN ANY OF THE FACILITIES, THEY ASK YOU RUGHT AWAY FOR 25 DOLLARS TO USE THE FACILITY.... LAWYERS HERE'S A CHANCE TO STOP ANOTHER BAD BUSINESS... ALSO, STAFF VERY RUDE ..JUST ANNOYING ?...

Gym sucks, cable machines are 80% broken for month's. Cardiovascular equipment is old and always broken. Most of the members don't remove weights when they are done with equipment. Even some employees don't remove weights after using equipment. Certain equipment has been broken for months. Stay away.

The gym is not being maintained properly, poor management, majority of the machines cable are out of service missing the handles or broken cables .. don’t waste your time and money here I’m about to cancel my subscription.

As someone who audits reviews for a living, I hate giving bad reviews unless it’s warranted.
1. If you offer a free trial on your website, your entire staff in any location should be aware of said promotion.
2. The cardio setup is absurd.
3. The equipment is outdated and there is a horrible smell coming from the weight area.
4. Broken machines, missing cable equipment, and missing weights do not make for a full gym experience.
5. The renovated personal training area looks great - if you plan on paying for training. Where is the investment in the rest of the gym?
Needless to say, I won’t be back nor will I be enrolling. I have never left a gym feeling more disappointed and like I needed a tetanus shot than I did today.

So they closed the basketball court for a month without any compensation for their members. I've been a member for 15 years without a problem.
Cut to today...first day I'm back on the court playing and this tech comes to ask me to move my backpack and coffee and explained the new rules to me. I was cool with it, even got to finally use a locker(they fixed them after a long time of them always being broken).
I start playing and the tech is hanging out on the court having a conversation for about 15 minutes while I'm shooting around. I had headphones in and was trying to get a sweat going when this tech decided to scream at me that I couldn't bounce the ball the way I was bouncing it.
No way am I going to be disrespected by anyone. So as she literally screams at me, I stop bouncing the ball so she can continue her convo. I spoke to the manager "al" who laughed it off and thought it's funny that she's on "high alert" and can be aggressive if she needs to be. What?! Are we at war or are we shooting basketballs?
