The service at this bank is high quality! The manager Stephania is very accommodating especially because I have a business and I am always busy! Stephania makes sure all our questions are answered accurately and works along with our business needs! We were able to easily open our business account and were also approved for business credit to assist our business! We truly appreciate the kindness and patience Stephania showed us throughout the entire process! This is an excellent bank and customer service is amazing! They will definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! Thanks again! ??

This bank has gone downhill in the past few years. I worked here for 5 years and it has just gotten worse since I left (due to unreasonable sales goals). The staff is never the same, personnel is constantly changing. They don't know their customers anymore, and the policies change depending on who you talk to. The current "manager" spoke to me like I was a child when I asked why cash is no longer available immediately on deposit in the ATM. She was very rude and condescending, and it's a shame.

This bank used to be good until the mass staff change and now it seems the new employees don't have a clue! It's no longer a small town bank but more a big city Corp where they don't know you. I've waited as long as 10 minutes at the drive thru window for assistance and rarely is there more than 1 teller working at a time. The atm parking is not accessible and half the sidewalk isn't shoveled. Very disappointing!

The level of unprofessionalism and the unwillingness to help is exactly the reason I will never come to this branch again. I went in to try to get a new ATM card because it is expiring in like two days, and the lady behind the Counters attitude was like she couldn't be bother and made it like it was my fault I never got it. She also questioned me like you should have gotten it and it comes in an plain envelope, if I got my bank card, I wouldn't be there asking for a new one in the first place. She proceded to tell me no one could help me because she didn't know what to do and the other lady was busy and the third lady was on lunch. She took my information and said someone will call me, which I won't hold my breath, but all I can say is unprofessional. I knew I should have just gone to hackettstown instead.
