I have been going to this pharmacy for awhile. I switched insurance last month, and it shows them as in-network and I have a $0 co-pay. They would not accept that and took it upon themselves to charge me $18 for my generic medication because they felt they "weren't making any money" on my prescription.Beware if you have good insurance and even if Get RX Help is in network. They can just decide to charge you anything they want. They may have gotten my money today, but they lost a customer forever.So much for supporting a small, local pharmacy. Pro tip: don't list yourself as "in-network" if you're going to blatantly disregard co-pays.I will consider changing my review if things are made right by the owner.

John always goes out of his way to help me with all of my prescriptions every month and I have worker's comp and they can be tough to deal with but John really goes above and beyond he really cares about his customers

This is kind of pharmacy you want. Local personal and reliable. Great service, they go way out of their way for you like an old-fashioned local business. And John the pharmacist who owns the place doesn't have to call corporate headquarters in Atlanta to get permission to they open late fora customer!
