Square 1 for all shipping needs.. this expansively clean mail room has friendly staff, decent prices and great service. Customers' names are widely remembered and used. Great shipping store! Fair prices. It is also near a small-business cluster of other establishments: Starbucks, pizza parlor, news stand, A&P, Bosfa Italian, CVS and banks. This small mall has a very extensive newspaper stand. 5

Have been going there for years. We hope they continue to operate in the bistate plaza for years to come...convenient and friendly. Never made a mistake so far. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews...maybe people were just having a bad day.

I've been using Bi State Shipping Store to send and receive packages DAILY for over 10 years. I have never encountered any issues at all. I would recommend using the dedicated PO box services as well. Thank you.

This review is long overdue. What a shipping gem this store is! They process every type of delivery and you can't get that type of convenience anywhere. The owners are professional and they will give you the best option in shipping methods. They have stamps, they laminate, they make posters, they sell supplies and more! I just haven't needed more than that, but if I did then they would probably be able to do it.

BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. Gentleman who works there is rude and completely uninviting. Called in there because I have a couple returns and this was the address they were shipped to, both were denied despite them having the correct information and box number. Completely unhelpful and because of that I am out $500. TERRIBLE. NEVER GO HERE.

Bill, I have been using your services for many years. You have always done a great job for me. But you must teach the woman who is working for you some basic courtesy and customer service skills. She is rude and undercuts the good work you do. I’ll come back when she is gone. Hope you read and do something about this.

I left an envelope pre paid for Fed Ex and it never made to destination. They claimed that they give everything to Fed Ex in the end of the day but my envelope never made it to the truck. So disappointed as there where important documents in it.

I am so happy I found this place to make quality color copies! The colors are more vibrant than at staples and the prices are cheaper. I bring my flash drive and I’ve probably visited 100 times and only had to wait once for less than 5 minutes (AMAZING). At staples- if they do your order right away they tack on $15 without telling you up front that there will be an extra charge! (And the self service machines are painfully slow there)

What a complete rip off this store is. I like to go to local businesses whenever I can but never again will I step foot in here. I went in to haves package shipped overnight Saturday delivery. It weighed only 3 ounces!! But I figured since I needed it there the next day and it was Saturday that I would probably pay about $25-30. Boy was I wrong!! The gentleman quoted me $110!!! That's right, more than$100 for something that weighed less than a quarter pound! When I asked why it was so expensive he told me well you want it overnight and you want it on a Saturday so what do you expect. So I took my package and headed over to the post office where I paid less than $25!!!! This place is beyond a rip off!!!!
