Hiring event going on at BJ’s in old bridge cart boy 18$ an hour….
So they say they have a cart boy but tell me why every time I come in the store I need to get a cart from outside because there’s never any inside
When I called the manager on duty on July 16th at 4:40pm she told me he was doing garbage at the moment, well had he been doing it since he clocked in because it dosnt look like he’s been outside in a few hour
Oh what’s the matter is it a little hot outside for you? Get a real job outdoors if you that fat and lazy because every time I come in I always see you standing near the receipt checkers talking to them

Checkout is a joke there are NO CASHIERS- only checkout by yourself. It can be 100+ bulk items for your business and guess what you’re scanning it yourself taking 30+ min. What a joke

This review is specifically for the deli counter. This location is always incredibly slow, but they seem to have taken it to the next level. I got there today with a queue of 5 in-store customers before me. 2 of them left before being called. It still took me 90 minutes to get to the counter. That's 30 minutes per customer, some of whom only ordered an item or two. There were 5 people working there when I started waiting and 4 when I left.

Yesterday I went to bjs bakery department to purchase something. I saw a bird flying around the kitchen. It landed on one of the shelves. I told the guy that was working in bakery. He goes it's okay he can't get out, the birds been eating. Meanwhile there is open breads on the rack. That's disgusting. If the bird is eating means it's also pooping. That's not sanitary at all!!

Thank you Matthew and the other gentleman that helped him load my Berkley Jensen Cayden 4pc Console in the car!!! Matthew was super cool, super strong, and great customer service attitude. Thanks Lizette for sending Matthew to help so early in the morning. I LOVE this BJs...and my Northbrunswick location too!!!

What can you expect from a place that has 3 stars, hopefully this location closes. Customer empathy and service is just not there. Fire the lady checking receipts at the door and maybe youll gain half a star back. Already filed a corporate complaint can't wait to hear back. Can't wait for the new Sam's Club location or Costco.

Prices are no better than elsewhere. Coupons are hard to clip / use. Staff are kinda miserable. Queue to exit sucks where they're more concerned that you're stealing your purchase than happy you didn't Hundreds of dollars at their store. We will NOT renew our membership. Not recommended.

Just got turned away by the butcher for cube steak (that I asked for 30mins prior). at 1:30pm that they still didn’t have the machines cleaned from the night before. Those were his words. Embarrassing. Just payed $117 to renew my membership at a store who’s meat department is still waking up at 1:30pm. I’ve asked for cube steak in the past and waited over an hour for it. Again. Embarrassing. Done shopping here. Edison it is. Not to mention the stores dusty. It’s just convenient it’s close. Gross.

Went there yesterday very few cars in the lot NO SHOPPING CARTS outside or in the store. Thought this was ridiculous!! Was told by the door guy they would have them next week and best bet was to follow someone to their car.
