I was visiting Ocean View, NJ in October. On my way driving home, I noticed there was no heat and the engine temperature was running too hot. I confirmed our Honda CRV antifreeze leaked out. I had to immediately bring our Honda to a local mechanic for repair. This was one of the nearest mechanics. The garage location is directly in front of the southern Garden State exit 17. The place is not so impressive. The mechanic had two vehicles on their lifts awaiting parts from NAPA. We had to wait a couple of hours before the mechanic examined our Honda. Their office or waiting area was not so clean or impressive. The mechanic confirmed the antifreeze leaked out. The mechanic explained three parts rusted and were leaking, including a metal pipe, the thermostat housing and another part. The mechanic called Honda to order the three parts. I was lucky that these parts were available from Honda. The mechanic recommended I should rent a replacement SUV for a week, since it is likely to take a week to receive the parts from Honda and complete the repair. We needed a similarly sized SUV because our CRV was loaded with luggage and other personal items. Our Honda was repaired within the seven days so I was able to return my SUV Enterprise rental within the allotted weekly rental agreement and pick up my Honda. The total cost to repair our Honda was $888. Almost three months later our Honda is running fine with heat and no antifreeze leaks thanks to Pearce Tire. If I had car problems when I visited this area I would definitely return here for service.

I purchased tires for the front of my car. Paul was very pleasant to deal with and mounted the tires quickly. I was hoping the tires would have been delivered to the shop sooner in the day, but that's not the shop's fault. The price of the tires was very reasonable.

Down pouring rain with a nonfunctional wiper, with my two little boys in the car. Mechanic wouldn’t even look up at me when I asked if he could let me know what size wiper I needed. Just said “I would need to measure it and there’s no way I’m walking out in the rain”.
