“From start to finish, Walkers was the best experience I've ever had at an auto body shop. I was recommended by a friend who said he wouldn't go anywhere else, and I quickly understood why.
Jay was so kind when scheduling and went over initial pricing. From the beginning they set clear expectations for the customer. Next, I worked with Joe who was a really great communicator. He thoroughly explained the process and mirrored Jay's clear expectations about the pricing of services and the time frame it would take to complete the work. They under promised and over delivered by having my car done the same day.
The gentleman who checked me out, went over my bill in detail with me. Seriously? Over and beyond! I can't name another auto body shop who's ever taken the time to do this. He broke down the cost of parts and labor and reviewed each line of the bill. Very transparent & trustworthy.
The service was exceptional. They are so honest and fair. This past week the Cherry Hill dealership told me I needed front and rear brake pads. Walker's explained I only needed rear because I still have plenty of padding in the front. This saved me $1200 from the dealership's proposed work.
I spent years driving to Cherry Hill to have my cars worked on at the dealership. Now that I know about Walker's, I won't take my car anywhere else either.”
“Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since.”
“Recently, while traveling to Nebraska to visit my mother, my car broke down. I arranged for a tow into Cheyenne. Several garages refused to even look at my car, but the amazing guys at JT's Garage took me in and looked at my car immediately. They were very concerned that I had been stranded and wanted to help. Unfortunately, the damage was too much for a repair, and an engine replacement was the only solution. Given the age and shape of the car, I decided against replacing”

They also send me a reminder when my oils change is due which I find very helpful since I forget everything lmao”

“Amazing service. I am several months pregnant and have not been able to clean my car so it was very dirty. Therefore I chose the platinum plus wash. They were very thorough and efficient. They even went out of their way to grab a chair for me to sit in the shade because it was a very sunny and hot day which was very kind. Thank you!”
