“All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”

“I didn't know it was possible for a post office ever to earn a 5 star rating. I have traditionally dreaded going to the post office until I moved to Haskell. They are friendly and actually enjoy what they do. Joe is the best and brightens up my day every time I see him. Its rare to find someone who shows that much joy in life. Keep up the great work.”

“All of the staff there are absolutely the best. Specially NOELL ! They're all very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy they are. Noell is extraordinary though. She always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our great post office of Ringwood NJ”

“As an eBay seller, this is the only USPS location I will go to. They are so incredibly kind, helpful, & patient when I come in with multiple items to ship. The lines move fast, parking is easy, & they really value your business.”

“It’s always a good experience here she is always very helpful and polite. Totally the opposite from the main post office at Pompton Plains crossroad Wayne. Where they are rude.”

“I was in and out of this location relatively quickly. The staff was very friendly and location was well maintained. Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but they get the job done better then most location IMO. If you expect straight forward effective service from a post office, this location is head and shoulders above most.”

“I went to this location today and omg we received an outstanding service. The US postal worker covering the service lobby desk helped us with 5 applications even made copies for us. I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back. I was referred to this location by family and I am so glad. These employees at this location love helping people God bless them. Way to go Bloomingdales USPS, thank you for your service! You have a lot of potential in growing!”

“Friendly knowledgeable staff. Came in at closing and they were able to get my packages out in no time. They are the model of what a USPS location should be. The place is always neat and they do their best to keep the lines down.”

“It’s a small post office, might seem a bit outdated as well. But i actually like that about it, the small town vibes. I have been here several times since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day. They are open till 7pm on weekdays so that’s helpful. Every time i have been there the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go. The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didn’t have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.”

“All the ladies at the post office are wonderful. Always so pleasant and helpful even when I had to mail out 51 letters by certified mail! Thank you for all you do!”

“Pretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere. Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

“Judy is the only saving grace of this place. I only bring my packages here when she is on duty. She is fast, organized and knows her stuff. Unfortunately you can tell she is overworked and under appreciated. Last week she was on vacation and the whole place fell apart. The whole town was talking about it. I realize nowadays it’s hard to find people with a good work ethic but maybe they should reward people like Judy who work harder than what is required of them.”

“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“This is hands down the best post office ever. Carol is so on top of her job. .. friendly. Caught a mistake I made. Would have cost me a lot of stress.. she's great.”

“Every single interaction I had with everyone there was pleasant, in person and over the phone, they were always helpful and patient. I’m surprised to see they have a low rating here.”

“I live closer to another post office but go out of my way specifically to go to this location because it's always quiet, fast, and has very friendly and courteous postal workers.”

“Frequent customer at this location and the guys upfront (Scott, Oswald, Eric) have been nothing short of a delight and respectful and very helpful each and every time. With that being said, some reactions and reviews here give a false impression of this office to the public and are only based on what I have witnessed as customers having a lack of courtesy towards the gentlemen and wanting to be immune to the USPS policies. Keep up the good work Wyckoff Post Office, and Thank You.”

“I really love this USPS branch! Taslim is usually the employee that helps me and she is always extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I’m sure there are many others behind the scenes who help keep this post office running smoothly… keep up the fantastic work!”

“When I went here on Tuesday, I was surprised to see the workers very friendly, nice and helpful. After reading the low reviews I was a bit afraid, however, the 2 women working there were amazing and very helpful!!! They make it so easy for everyone!!!”

“I don’t even live nearby but I be coming here every other day?ིྀ only cus other usps locations near me are so bad and rude lowkey but everyone that works here is really nice and honestly are so fast, no time wasting nothing straight to point. Probably the best USPS I been to and the only one I’ll go to.”

“Always a polite a helpful staff member at the desk when you need them. Sometimes they even have my package ready before i come to pick it up, as i use a P.O. box.”

“I grew up in Waldwick and moved out when I got married. I never had a problem with the Post Office until we moved to West Orange which is serviced by the Orange Post Office. Trust me, you have no idea what poor service is until you move into a neighborhood that is only serviced by new and temporary carriers because the route you're on is one that the experienced carriers will not bid on as a work assignment because of hilly terrain. We had lost packages, missorted mail, missed deliveries, wet mail, you name it. The only good that became of their incompetence was that we became familiar with our neighbors by delivering the missorted mail to the correct people.”
