“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

“My wife and I went into the store on July 5th to exchange my wife's phone because it got dropped and cracked on our plane flight to New Jersey. The store associate who helped us, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He looked at our account and told us what the best deal would be with buying a new phone and another promotion that was going on. Hands down, this was the best experience we have ever had at a T-Mobile store. Everyone in the store including the manager, Kenya and the other sales associate, Dan, were a joy to talk to and share some laughs. “I have to write and praise three gentlemen at the Ramsey location. I went in a few weeks ago and the manager Joe (who helped me several years ago) assisted me. He was patient and answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) professionally. I purchased a phone, tablet and watch with his help. Once I received the items I went back into the store and was sad to learn Joey was on vacation. However, with the help of Aneudy I was pleasantly surprised. He offered the same professionalism and care and support as Joey. There was another man named Jesus whom also would jump in and answer questions if Aneudy had to assist another customer. “I had a serious issue with my phone. I was unable to use it since I locked it out attempting to lock down the Sim. I went into the Totowa store and was assisted by Dan Stevanovic. I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”

“Updated - I think think Optimum has made it right by me. Giving it another try. will update once everything is worked out----------------------this is for optimum in general - fios internet. It's horrible. If you like service that sometimes works and randomly disconnects your devices or requires endless rebooting, this is for you.Oh - and terrible customer service and promises to send you expert technicians (who can't even speak English).I used to have normal coax internet - worked ok. When i reconnected, they had to upgrade me to fiber. It seriously is unreliable. One of the many reps i spoke with agreed and was going to send someone to rehook coax.. but they next rep disowned that comment..Verizon may cost a drop more - but using the SAME EXACT equipment, its a never fail option.”
