Today was our second time in the store. Ken is so helpful and takes his time with each customer. He was extremely patient with my 3 year old who wanted nothing to do with shoe shopping! We have been to other stores but nothing compares to the level of service we get here!

OMG I can't wait to visit this store! We bought our children's shoes at Gibling's in Ramsey 30 years ago! Now my son has a one year old & we need a quality shoe store with quality care!

First time in the store. Kids are 6, 4 and 1. Great selection for all ages. But the best part of the experience is that Ken, the owner, is very patient and interactive with the kids. He takes the time to properly measure them, give you all the options for the size, and answer any and all questions. He was patient enough to put on and take off and put on again the same shoe to make sure the kids and parents were happy. I can't say enough how Ken's approach made the experience more enjoyable than any other store we've been in. We will definitely be back in a few months when the kids need a new pair.

My wife had a medical boot on her foot and then fitted with a custom made brace. Ken took the time with us to fit her with a pair of sneakers that she would be comfortable in with the brace and her other foot. That was our first time there and well worth the visit. We will be back for sure.

Had a wonderful experience getting our daughter's first pair of shoes at Gibling's. Ken is great with the little ones and provided excellent customer service. It's great to support small businesses! We'll definitely be returning.

Ken is wonderful! I am so glad we took my son to giblings! He is a new walker, Ken took his measurements, got us the perfect pair of sneakers and was very friendly!
