Mayer’s is a great place if you’re looking to be more active! I’ve been attending the adult kickboxing class for the past two years and it’s been such a great experience. I started the class with no prior experience and Dan has done such a great job teaching myself and the others on the basics and then how to continue to improve. Each class is challenging and I leave feeling great and feeling stronger. Dan switches the routine up and is always encouraging which helps to power through some of the workouts. You can tell how much he cares about his students. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing!!!, to great understanding sensais, to learning self defense and discipline, this place is great!!! I have been going here for about 7 years and it really turned me into a badass. I even got a four pack from it!!! I do not see why this is three stars . One problem is that it is very pricey but it is mostly worth it. HUGE shout out to all the black belts/sensais who have helped me out a ton such as: Mr Scielzo, Mr Elsergani, Mr Appachino, And last but definitely Mr Mayer. Honorable Mention: I am sure I spelled this wrong but Mr Menniony (because he taught me what the difference between a punch and a jab was) Overall this place is great and I would definitely recommend going here over other karate schools like TIGER SCHULLMAN'S

Mayer’s Karate and Fitness is a true class act when it comes to training their students, but especially when training their students with special needs. The care they take and patience they have is second to none. This is the first activity my son has done that has lasted longer than 9 months. We are amazingly on year four and we couldn’t be happier. I’m so happy I found Mayer’s and its outstanding teachers.

The staff at mayors karate and fitness is amazing! I bring my son to the karate class. They offer a great Program for kids. Teaching them discipline and exercise. Thank you to sensei Dan and Mr. Mayer for always being so wonderful with the children.

Mayer's is a valuable resource for the entire family. My 9 year old son and I take classes in the martial art of tang soo do, and my wife has taken kickboxing. Mr Mayer, Mr Scielzo and the other instructors are dedicated, friendly, thoughtful and make a positive impact on their students' lives. This dojo combines serious expertise with a welcoming, fun atmosphere and provides genuine value at a rare and high level. I recommend it with full enthusiasm.

Both my children attend Mayer's karate and fitness and they love it. The teachers are wonderful with them and make it such a fun learning experience. Couldn't be happier!!

Mayer's Karate and Fitness is top notch for all family members. They are excellent in teaching martial arts. Both of my girls have been doing karate since the age of 4. They are now 10 and 12 years old. The Ideal Protein nutritional program is guaranteed to improve your life. The personal training and massage therapist are very professional, knowledgeable and leave you empowered and relaxed.

They have a couple of teachers who are fantastic, especially with special needs children. However, it's not cheap and prices are sometimes increased without notice. They also have membership rules that some parents find unreasonable, such as charging students for classes that are canceled so they can do work on the place.

Very good school mr Mayer is very hands on I dint prefer him but Mr sczhelzo is absolutely hands down great he helped me so much but mr mayer hurt my sister and Mr Mayer did not handle it very well but Mr sczhelzo was a hero
