Unpleasant in-store pickup experience. Ordered a part for my Rav4 online for in-store pickup and was shocked by the impolite and highly unresponsive behavior of the staff. Will never go to this dealership again.

Prices are good, but website says part is availble, delivery within the week, but it's been over a month and still no part... poor communiciation when trying to cancel / get a refund.

Rude. Dealer over charges for Toyota parts, they charge more than MSRP (double). Stay away and find a different dealer (or online) for your parts needs.

Came in for a key programming and was told I needed to make an appt and come back. I didn’t know it take a rocket scientist to just take an order from the Service Dept. Will be going elsewhere smh

Misdiagnosed my issue after 2 hours sitting in the waiting room, further conversations about it with customer relations were unproductive and only resulted in the suggestion that I come back for 4 more hours of diagnosis that may or may not be covered under vehicle warranty But they were happy to recommend "fuel injection service" I never had these problems at my dealership in Massachusetts....I'll be trying out a different local dealer and recommend you do, too.

I purchased my Van from DCH Toyota in 2016. The service department was great and everything was wonderful. For the last 3 years things are horrific. I understand the difficulty in finding help and such, but then don't make as many appointments per day. Easy fix to making people wait 5 hours for an oil change. Not to mention that they will text, email, and call you to tell you it's time for an oil change, but won't honor the Lithia Plan ( oil changes for life) that you purchase with the vehicle for the time they are telling you that you are due. Went in for an oil change because of the onslaught of messages telling me I was due, get there and check in and waited 4 hours. After which I received a bill for $80. I told them I have the Lithia plan and it's on my account, I've been coming for the last 5 years and never had a problem. They said that I wasn't eligible for another 2 weeks. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!?? They said they don't align the reminders with the oil change plan???? And the manager, instead of post dating the service, or just forgiving the fee told me that if I didn't like it I can go to a different dealership that offers the Lithia oil changes. They discounted the oil change to $50. I wouldn't have brought the car in if it wasn't due and the Lithia plan is 2x per year, which is every 6 months, so why are they telling me the car is due if it isn't? Worst service ever!!!

DCH used to be a great place to take my vehicle for service . I was a loyal customer of theirs for 14 years. Yes their prices are high but I enjoyed their expertise, thorough work, free shuttle service, and clean and inviting waiting area. But on my last visit I was quoted a price over the phone for tire replacement and a regular oil change and multipoint inspection. When I arrived for the appointment the technician gave me a price a couple hundred dollars more than that. So I requested to speak to the manager. When I explained the situation to the manager he was very short and agitated with me and said that if I didn't have the quote in writing there was nothing he could do. After I canceled my appointment he sarcastically told me to have a nice day on my way out. I haven't been back since. It's a shame as I only take my vehicle to dealerships and now have to go further out of my way to a dealership that is more considerate.

Dave, still waiting for to contact me. It's been two weeks since this dealership said they would replace all the tire sensors with original Lexus sensors. The least they will do of all the issues that were listed, yet no one returns calls on status. Don't know how my mechanics was able to get parts next day and this dealership still struggling 2 weeks later.
