Absolutely incredible service. Great communication from start to finish. It seems as though their only motivation is to be as helpful and empathic as possible. Couldn't be happier with how they helped my wife and I when our car was having trouble.

Thank you very much for your all help! The best customer service in town. Donna was so helpful all the time. All other workers were so professional and helpful. My friend and i are stuck on I-95 and she is a master piece of every information. Our night would’ve been terrible without Coppa service. We do appreciate it such a good service. I inquired about their towing services, and Donna was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We did not end up using their services at this time. However, should we need a job covered under their services, I would definitely contact them for such :)

My car broke down in the parking lot of a church after my friend's wedding ceremony. I was visiting from out of state, and my hotel and the reception venue were about 40 minutes away. Coppa's was one of the few places open on the weekend and able to assist in a timely manner. Donna was very friendly and went out of her way to help us with setting up the tow to Coppa's and a plan to have any maintenance performed ASAP. We managed to make it to the reception with time to spare. George and Anthony were very professional and got working on my car first thing the next day to get us back on the road home. I have only the nicest things to say about the entire experience and everyone we interacted with at Coppa's. This is something rare when it comes to car shops. I highly recommend Coppa's!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Very bad experience there. The staff was rude. They wanted to scam and rip off the customers in every possible way. Their prices are very high as compared to other shops in the area. Wish to give 0 star. Not recommended!

Charged way too much just to open a car door with a hook? almost 100 dollars seriously?

Had a flat tire. Gentleman came within minutes and changed the tire and the whole incident was taken care of in 1/2 hour.
