Fernando, the sleep expert who assisted me, really helped me and then some when I was trying to buy a new mattress. I typically get hesitant when getting help from salespeople for making certain purchases, due to upselling and pushy practices.
But that didn’t happen at all and I was able to take my time when testing mattresses, asked any questions when needed, and even tested ones I would’ve never considered after being listened to. Thanks to him, I was able to purchase an amazingly knockout (literally lol) mattress, without giving up a kidney lol, same-day to be delivered the following day!
Added bonus is being able to arrange a discounted price for certain needs like mattress setup and having some genuine small-talk in between. Highly recommend Mattress Firm for great sleeping products and having experts like Fernando to happily assist!

Abner and Fernando were unbelievably helpful. They were patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel any pressure while shopping and appreciated the honesty of both salesmen. I left with exactly what I needed.
I highly recommend this shop to everyone, but particularly women who are looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
