I had a flat tire Wednesday morning, called NJM and they sent someone to put on my donut. I drove up to Sadowski's and I no sooner walked down the block to the bank that Sadowski called and my car was ready. Thankfully, it only needed a plug. I can't thank them enough for taking care of everything so fast.

I have now taken both of our vehicles to Tommy and his team after moving to NJ. Having grown up in the automotive repair industry, I am glad to have found a repair shop that takes as good care of their customers as we take care of ours. Sadowski auto does a great job of looking the vehicle over and bringing any safety, maintenance, and performance issues to your attention. They are honest with their evaluation and put any suggested repairs into perspective and context/criticality. I am glad to have found a place where I can take my vehicles when they cannot be serviced by family’s shop and still feel the same level of trust and confidence.

They did a good job, and they did it pretty quickly but I can’t say I really felt trustful. They charged me 1400$ for a partial suspension rebuild, including 420$ for a lower control arm that is available from parts stores for 220$. Altogether I feel pretty nickel and dimed. Really it should have been a 900$ job. I have confidence Sadowski auto care will repair your car to a high standard. I also think you should try to get a better deal elsewhere.

My car unexpectedly started to overheat and being new to this town, I didn't know where to take the car. I decided to stop by the auto care place in the morning a little after 7 am and was able to drop off the car and walk home. They were so personable, thorough, and timely with the feedback. The car was ready later on that day and the key was left in a lockbox where I was able to pick it up after hours. The cost was slightly expensive but again, the fact that I was able to get it fixed and received great customer service along the way made it all worth it!

I am so very glad I was referred to Sadowski's Auto Care. Tom (Boss man) makes sure everything they were suppose to do got done. The Machanic Thomas was just wonderful. Now that I have found Sadowski Auto Care, I will not go back to Infinity, where they charge you triple of what Sandowsi's does. They are very accommodating with your schedule. ALL the staff are very pleasant people. It was a great experience to go to Sandowsi Auto Care. From now on, I will be using Sandowski's. I would give them 100 stars if I could. You can't go wrong going to Sandowski Auto Care.
Again I couldn't be happier with their service and prices.
Thank you Tom for making my experience a great one. Thank you Thomas for doing the work on my car and thank you to the receptionist (sorry forgot your name) who was so kind and polite.

Although no actual repairs were performed my Tom and his crew, I was still treated with the same respect and 100% transparency with the situation I was in.
Tom and his crew are unlike any auto repair shop, where they place customer satisfaction above all else.
Will be considering Tom and his crew with all my future auto repair needs.

The service needed was explained thoroughly, including the cost. It was taken care of promptly and efficiently, and the car is running fine. Mr. Sadowski was pleasant and concerned about doing a good job.
