Rick serviced my 45 year old grandfather's clock that was built by my late father and has sentimental value. He overhauled the mechanism and when an unforeseen problem arose afterwards, he fixed the problem at no extra charge. I recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.

Spoke with them on the phone about an AC main board, which they do not cover. Didn't have any parts for it, as they deal with mostly TVs and other electronics. Why 5 stars? The board is from 1988 (back when LG was Goldstar) and the man on the phone walked me through the issue (power surge related) and proposed various solutions. That's above and beyond.

I stopped in to ask about repairing our 10 year old 55" flat screen. After describing the problem to the owner, he knew exactly what was wrong and suggested that it was beyond repair. I am so grateful that he did not tell me, "Bring it in and I'll take a look." He could have charged me for an estimate. Instead, he was extremely honest and very gracious. A+++ for being a true customer centered small business owner.

Have used a few times over the years. Very reasonable prices. Not always the speediest of service, so manage your expectations. But sometimes repairing old stuff (which is usually the case with me) it is tough to find replacement parts, so expect it might take a while to fix.

I could go on and on all day about my positive experience with Rick and his business. I brought my old Guild tube radio to him and he repaired it to brand new condition. Wish I had found him sooner since I had no luck anywhere else. Quick repair time at an extremely reasonable price. Will be bringing all my business to him. A gentleman and a scholar. Thank you again!

This man takes the time to properly diagnose the problem or problems of your equipment and repair it correctly. We live in a world of alot of recalls because of not taking the time to do things right. It is refreshing to know of someone who takes the time so you don't have to bring your equipment back.My audio cassette deck that is 32 years old needed alot of repair.It now plays like it is brand new!

Terrible service. My wife dropped off a small fan in August. Was told fan would be ready in two weeks. When we went to pick it up, was told it wasn't ready and would be another week. This has happened 3 times since. Everytime owner keeps saying fan will be ready in a week. Would not recommend having your electronics repaired here.
