We are in 2024 where every business is using electronically wallet , don’t need fisical card , but only only chase doesn’t have that update system, that’s a shame I walked there to get a certificate check they didn’t accept my electronic card , and my driver license, it’s absurd the biggest bank in USA don’t take electronic card on your phone . Every hot dog wagon does , chase is obsolete

It’s time to get at least two drive up ATM machines. All the other banks in the area have it. Get with the times it’s not 1998 anymore.

I’m at the drive through right now. No customer’s at the counter inside yet no one comes to help me. Even though the same teller walks by the window, looks right at me and keeps on walking. I rang the bell. She comes to the window and I ask if anyone’s working the window. She says I just came back from lunch. So I say, “good customer service means you acknowledge your customer. Most people don’t mind waiting if someone says they’ll be right with them.” I guess she didn’t like that she went back to her chair turned her back to me. After a minute (seems like a minute amount of time, unless you’re waiting) she comes back and does my transaction. I bank with PNC and am always acknowledged. Transaction was for work.

Go inside to get paper notarized and say there for 10 mins. 5 people in the building and finally get told sorry we are so busy and can’t help you. I have been a customer of this bank for 25 years. This is straw that broke the camels back with this place.

Stay Away from Chase. I applied for a home refinance. They gave me an almost endless number of tasks to complete and a time limit to finish these tasks. Then they wanted a $500 good-faith payment. And, when you think your done. They add on additional number of almost impossible tasks to complete, within the time-line. They tell you to complete these tasks (Many tasks have to be completed during work hours). DON'T USE. It's a new scam to get your money. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I honestly can't believe I'm seeing all these bad reviews! I have never had an issue with this bank. The tellers have always been extremely nice and friendly. They've gone above and beyond when needing help. I've always approached with a smile and they've reciprocated.
