Today I went to drop off a package to return to eBay. The guy who helped me was very kind and attentive to me. Meanwhile the girl was serving someone else and was also very kind to him. The surprising thing is that they have the notary service for only $5 dollars. It said it on the sign and I confirmed it with the girl

I frequent this postal center A LOT and every single time--I promise I am not exaggerating--I am always met with kindness and efficiency. No matter what I need to get done, the employees here have never treated anything I throw at them like a burden; they are so knowledgeable and quick with all of my requests/needs. Recently, I ran into a pretty odd issue with a package I was shipping and when I could not handle it myself, I contacted this center and they literally solved the problem for me. This issue was not a 5 min resolution either, I have multiple emails between me and Yaritza (shout out to this angel for helping me during such a stressful time) to solve this issue and a couple of days later, it was resolved. I cannot say enough great things about everyone here, I really can't, I do not know where you'd get better service than here. I promise this is where you should be going for anything mail related. Thank you US Postal Center for making my life a little easier <3

Pésimo servicio, pierde sobre con documentos importantes, y solo dicen haga de nuevo el trámite, le devolvemos lo q le. Costo el. Documento. Pero no toman eln cuenta el tiempo, se deja de trabajar se viaja a otra parte para sacar los. Documentos. La solución que no deberían de perder los paquetes de los clientes.

Horrible service. They refused to give me my mail and then had me wait in my car for 2 hours before they "decided' to give me my mail. The female manager is a clown and unprofessional.

The post office delivered a package to my home which was not mine. I looked up their number and dialed it. I spend over 2 hours like an idiot trying to speak a a human. Once I finally reached a human it was a person in the Midwest. Make a long story short three hours later this package is being left on my door step with a note and if the postman picks it up tomorrow fine if not it is trash. Ya try to be nice for what?????

I previously gave this place a 1 star because of an incident I had with them but I can honestly say that since that day, the employees have been great! I haven’t had any issues since then so it’s only right that I change my review. The employees remember the customers by name and are helpful.
