Don’t go here unless you have plenty of free time on your hands and can put up with absolute rude people. Guys running the yard yelling at people to move their trucks, no parking anywhere! Very obvious to see why the long wait time, very poor set up and ran operation.

Worst place I’ve ever been. The woman behind the second window was very rude and stupid because she couldn’t fine my email on her computer with paperwork which is I sent her and said she wouldn’t serve me, call your dispatch, it’s incredible, there was a driver in front of me with whom she was also rude.

I can't find words to describe this place. It's something that disgusts me. More than 10 hours to load 2 pieces of machinery and I feel horrible for my colleagues. One of them also arrived at 8:30 am and it's 5 pm and still nothing.

I was on the phone with my cousin and overheard the lady at the shipping office mad like somebody tortures her at work and she wants to get her revenge on drivers who come pick up loads . If you hate your job file for unemployment ma’am.

It took 6.5 hours just for the shipping office to find my shipment, and none of them speak English very well. Best advice I can give is just refuse any load going into or out of this port full stop.Forklift dudes were chill tho

Worst place you'll ever unload/pickup at. No one has a sense of urgency. The van unloaders treat the drivers like dogs. They take too many talk breaks. Its an old place, not setup to be anywhere near efficient. The managers do nothing to improve the place. If you're not part of "The Gang" you are treated as such.

Seems like everyone talks broken English or no English at all. Very hard to communicate properly. Get there at 830 left at 330 and only got 2 coils on the trailer. Yes it takes me a bit to tarp but I tarped faster than it took them to even get me into a door. Oh and on top of it they don't pay detention. Avoid this place if you can. I will from now on.

Very slow, bunch of high monkeys that are on their phones with headsets on, not looking where they're going. Accident bound to happen...one walked, while on the phone, in my trailer at the exact time I was pulling off the dock after being loaded, if he fell out of my trailer it would be on me...if the managers are really interested you can view the security cameras on dock number 1 on the 24th of August 2023 the time was approximately 2:30pm....I am in shock how everyone was rude and had zero interest for their job!
