I bought a watch from a Fossil website and needed to remove a few links. I went to this store where a lady removed a few links and it was fine, but the length was quite a bit short, so I went back to get a link added back. Everything was fine until then. But this time the lady was a different one, and she removed the connecting pin from a permanent part of the link and put up it back in the wrong way. She didn't even get it right until I pointed it out. Then when I asked to get it rectified, she couldn't and I had to fix it. She damaged the pins, scratched off the paint of a matte black chain, and then she charged me extra. Her reason for the extra charge was that it took longer and blamed the watch design when all the fault was hers and her lack of basic knowledge.

Highly recommended for moms who want to pierce their babies' ears.
I took my 3-month-old baby to put her first earrings on and I loved the patience and dedication she has to do her job.

I just got my second lobe piercings here & the lady that helped me out did wonderful! She answered all my questions and concerns. She has a very pleasant attitude, you will feel 100% comfortable with her! She also sanitized everything and took all the precautions she needed to do a clean and safe piercing!

Horrible service. Ordered earrings for my girlfriend for Christmas and as of Feb 3 still nothing . Contacted them 3 times. Apologies after apologies. But still no earrings after 3 months . I will never order from you people again . Horrible business

She was the sweetest person ever and made the visit very easy. She helped me calm down my nerves and gave me the best care possible. I got my cartlidges pierced today and it was such a pleasure. Definitely am going back to her again.

Joselyn did an amazing job doing my first piercings! She’s very nice and easy to talk to especially when I have questions or concerns. She even helped me feel less nervous before it started. The place has so much options to choose on what earring designs to wear for me which is another nice feature. I’m glad that I chose to get my ears pierced there because it was a painless experience and would definitely go back to get more earrings and other kinds of jewelry in the future. Highly recommend it! :)

I recommend Sofia Jewelry and Accessories because one it’s a small business and we have to support our small business ✨ as well as I always feel welcomed there’s not one visit I don’t. It’s a very friendly environment. I always find what I am looking for. They have everything from baby girl hair accessories to the most beautiful jewelry pieces. You go and find anything you want a headband? They got it you want a wallet? They have it you want a purse? Guess what they have it you want a sterling silver ring or a whole set? GUESS WHAT? I brought my 5yr old daughter to this location to get her first ear piercing. Joselyn did an amazing job. She made sure everything was sterile and clean, and she followed all COVID safety protocols. She helped my daughter feel at ease throughout the process, and gave her a certificate after it was all done. Joselyn provided very clear and helpful instructions for after care, and so far, two weeks later, my daughter’s ears are healing nicely. I would recommend this location for piercings.
