Arranged to buy out my lease prior to going to the dealership. Was greeted by Steven in sales and even though he was not selling me a car (or making a commission), he was beyond helpful in making sure the transaction went smoothly. He was juggling multiple customers and still made me feel I was an important customer.Dylan in finance was great to deal with, no pressure environment.I had a very positive experience overall and have already recommended this dealer to family & friends.

Do not buy from this dealership. This is my 3rd car I purchased from them, first 2 purchases were ok I didn't have any issues but this last time boy did we get ripped off. Car was reset before going out into lot...We test drove the car,it was good, purchased car with what was supposed to be an extended warranty thrown in for FREE, (I can't even get the company name that we purchased this warranty from) drive the car for 2.0 days and that dash lit up like a Christmas tree...mechanic we took it to said no way all these issues just happened to show up. We have emailed, called manager Dylan many times, went to service department there, the warranty that we did end up paying for (not free) doesn't cover anything that was being repair!! Cat failed inspection!!!!! A 30.00 part they want over 2k to fix! I finally got a phone call from Dylan after months of calling only because I got corporate involved and I called him back, got hung up on and called again and was told everyone was busy and no return phone call!! Funny if you look on their Facebook account only the best of the best reviews are on there...do your homework before buying from here!! I will never ever recommend this dealership...EVER!

Purchased $25k car from them. Within that same day, right after we picked up the car from their Lot, the car broke down and had Engine overheating problem. We called dealer and the answer was right upfront: we dont care, its out of our shop! We even offered if they could meet us half way , meaning we would pay %50 of the total costs, still they did not care! I am all against dealers , i was just in a hurry and badly needed a car asap so went ahead and bought one from the this crappy dealers anyway. I'd reccomend to go a look for cars from private owners directly, not dealere. usually dealers have cheap mechanics behind the shop who makes the cars just look nice and run ok for 20-30 minutes, then it starts giving major problem! Keep dealers out of your options if you can ! They have no dignitiy nor pride, once you drive out of their lot they dont really give a f....

Found what seemed like a good commuter car at World Volkswagen, sales person was Alyse.Had total confidence in the dealership because they had VERY Good ratings on a few sites.The car listed for $3,000.00, delivery was $300.00. (Dealership was over 80 miles from my home)So, I offered $3,000.00 ALL IN, because in the ad for the car it clearly said "NO Hidden Fees".That along with the good reviews, I thought we had a deal, we didn't.He sends me a purchase agreement that is charging me"$329.00 for "Accessories"$410.00 for "Government Fees" (I'm registering it in another state)$499.00 "Proc/Doc Fees"$324.75 for "Taxes" (Again, I'm registering it in another state)So, if you look at the Purchase Agreement, I guess they did give me the car for around $3,000.00, Delivered.They just tacked on an additional $1,562.75 or an additional 58% to the purchase price. What a waste of time, shameful.

I've made multiple attempts to speak with the General Manager, Justin Simcox, regarding the service performed on my vehicle which still has braking issues even after the vehicle had the brakes replaced and passed the state inspection a week later. Mr. Simcox repeatedly ducked my calls and his service department assured me that they had driven the car to determine what the issue was...even though the service department mileage in/mileage out records indicates the car was never driven by mechanics. Failure to address customer concerns directly appears to be par for the course with this dealership.

"Bait & Switch" tactics - Don't trust Rad & Alyse!Yesterday (Fri), we found the perfect replacement car (exact model as we had) and had parents test drive it. Spoke to Rad last night after test drive and offered a deposit. We were coming up this morning (Sat) to do second test drive and finish paperwork for purchase!Spoke to Rad last night and he told us not to come in til after 12 or so as the car was not cleaned yet and it would be in service Saturday morning in preparation for our noon test drive. On the road, we texted him that we were running a couple of minutes late and should be there at 12:45, then the call...He called us to say the car WAS NOT IN SERVICE, but OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE with ANOTHER CUSTOMER. That customer BOUGHT it and we were LIED TO BY RAD as we were driving. He informed us THAT THIS IS HOW THE SALES PROCESS WORKS since the customer was already there, even though we test drove it yesterday, offered deposit, had it cleaned this morning, going to finish paperwork upon arrival and offered to wait until Thursday for them to finish repairs to meet state inspection. Tried calling ISSAC, SALES MANAGER and GENERAL MANAGER with NO RETURN CALL BACK! This is how they treat M. County residents.CROSS POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA SITES and PICTURES ATTACHED.

Our window is having electrical problems where it goes down randomly they change the motor in one window for $1000 and we still have the problem. Call to see what can be done and they didn't call back after telling me they Would the next day. were the. The motor wasn't even a problem because it went up and down. Don't go here

Stay away. Yelp reviews are accurate - 1 star. The valuations guy "Joe" is a spiteful unprofessional and confrontational person. Went with a friend to check out a car and the trade in valuation guy "Joe" who is supposedly the valuation manager didn't like when we pointed out there was heavy rust in the cars rotors and tried to downplay the question. We sat down the the sales guy discussing purchasing the 2 cars when "Joe"comes back with a printed paper of "what is light rust" then proceeds to argue that "YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY THE CARS HERE" We also noticed the Porsche car parts were swapped out for non OEM parts or plain missing from the vehicle (even though the pictures shows original parts like cup holders, spare tire kit air compressor, tires)I am hoping the owner - Kenny seriously re-evaluate the staff particularly that valuation guy (Saturday afternoon 07/31/21) and business practices.

Terrible customer service. Watch out for added chargers to invoice. Make a punch list to ask questions. If you don't ask they will not tell you ! Example after going back an forth we agreed on . When I went to pic it up, they said sorry guy only one came with car. So now I'm out $260.00. I asked sales manger and in a few works "I should have asked before I did deal. Please stay away.

Horrible experience with an online parts purchase. These folks only care about billing your card! They do not provide all the information they should and your option is to send your part back for 80% of your purchase price. Online parts crooks!!! Buy your parts any other place but her.

This place sucks, the website says refund $600 if doing financing, but the dealer refused to give $600. Also, they charged me $599 docs fee, and $160 online registration fee. The car was nice, I wasn't negotiating price with them, but they just treat you like that.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT WAS NOT PLEASANT. I SCHEDULED AN APPT FOR THURSDAY 12:15PM FOR A RECALL WITH THE 2018 TIGUAN SOFTWARE. WHEN I ARRIVED I ASKED THE SERVICE EMPLOYEE WHAT TIME THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED AND WAS TOLD 5:30PM. I MADE HIM AWARE THAT I WORK TILL 8PM AND THERE WAS NO RUSH TO MAINTAIN THE VEHICLE BUT ONCE DONE PLEASE LEAVE THE KEYS IN MY VEHICLE SO I CAN PICK UP MY VEHICLE AFTER THE DEALERSHIP WAS CLOSED. I CALLED AGAIN AT 4:43PM TO ENSURE THAT THE KEYS

I had an easy and no pressure experience at VW World with Will Rizzo and the team. They worked with us to get a great deal done and made sure we were happy before we left with a great car and worked to get the max value on a trade in. They and Will went above and beyond. Absolutely recommend. From my salesman Sal to Justin Isaac and Dillon in finance. Everyone was awesome. Got exactly what I was looking for for the price I wanted. All stayed late on a Saturday to get the deal done. Easily the best group. Alyse and Valentino exchanging emails for a couple days were great and on top of things. Well done guys.
