I lost a package in the mail last Christmas and the supervisor and the one guy behind the help desk the tall one were super helpful. They gave me a number to track down my package which they located. It was en route back to the sender. They messed up my address so it was on the sender's side where the mistake happened that delayed my package. If it weren't for the clerk and supervisor assistance I wouldn't have had the issue resolved. They caught the mistake just in time for me to contact the sender and have them correct their error. I still managed to get the package ( gift )before Christmas.

Don’t come here on a Saturday after 1pm they are closed. They are not open til 3:30 like it’s posted on the usps site.

awful service. 1 out of every 5 times I schedule a priority mail pickup, they just never show up and i have to call them on the phone to remind them to do their job. I've only given you guys thousands of dollars in shipping costs over the years, glad to see I'm still not a "priority".Also I have tried calling 7 times in the past hour, the phone rings and eventually they just hang up every time. No one is doing their job at this office, replace everyone immediately if you want USPS to stay in business.

I had low expectations of this location since I saw it did not have good reviews online, especially since I went on a Sat closer to closing time … but they were great!! The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful.

They hang up on you whenever you call for help with a package pick up!!! Which we pay them to do !

I’ve never posted a negative review. Sam is so rude. After waiting on line for 15 minutes, he rushed me away without helping me at all. I wish I listened to the other reviews & went to another USPS

First time getting a money order. Clerk was quite impatient with me. He was kind to the person in front of me taking their time, but told me I was holding up the line. Not a great experience. Plus I got the money order payments wrong because he didn't tell me which one I was paying for. Sounds confusing, and it was.
