HORRIBLE COMPANY,DONT GIVE 2SHITZ ABOUT ANYONE,UNFORTUNATELY MY MORTGAGE WAS BOUGHT BY THEM,NOW IM IN FORCLOSURE AFTER OWNING MY HOME FOR 22 YRS. 2 YRS. TO PAY OFF,THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HOME !!!!!!!

Worst mortgage lender my old mortgage was good but was sold to PHH. PHH charges draft fees every month unless I do auto pay that is ridiculous and even charges fee to pay taxes. Shame on PHH Mortgage for looting customers.

Absolutely criminal the way they have increased ARM~! Another increase today - my rate has more than tripled in the last 3 years! Anyone who works there, should be God Damned Ashamed of themselves! And they haven't paid my Damn Property Taxes yet for 2024!
