The slogan of this store is that they treat everyone with respect, but the truth is that Hispanics don't even get a bag when we shop and white people do!!!! In this store they should evaluate the cashiers how they treat their customers!

Awful customer service I have a softball 20%for softball and it ended on Sunday we were away and they refused to give me 20% after I called Friday to say I was away they were honoring it and I just spend 270 the manager Lisa refused to take it off terrible service

Shoping for soccer clets unfortunately not much staff to help get shoes so it took extra long pushing us to closing time. Lisa was very friendly and was willing to stay a few extra minutes late to help take care of us. It was much appreciated.

Recent former employee for several years.
Managers always had someone watching the door for theft, which is normal. However, when a person of color, especially of black decent came in with a hoodie or a hat on, 9/10 management alerts the employees on the headsets to keep an eye on them. They even sometimes go as far as having someone follow them around the store to see if they are going to steal (typically if a group of black people come in together). I’ve witness this happen frequently over the years of working there.

I play baseball and everything I need I get from here! It’s pricey but they have everything in need! Would recommend if you play baseball and need equipment just make sure to bring money!?

I came in to get cleats and sports gear for my boys. I was welcomed soon as I came in. Customer service was great. My kids couldn't fit anything I purchased so I had to come back later and exchange what I got. Scott was a pleasure when I returned. Made me feel comfortable with looking for my exchange. I will definitely be visiting this location moving foward for my sneaker and sport needs. Thank you for a great experience.
