SLOWEST brach on the planet …. The tellers are so slow and weird. Also they NEVER answer their phones. It is a very very slow branch, so why is no one answering??

Came in to start an account , white lady at the stand kept giving me an obvious stank look , didn’t get her name but I’m sure she’s done it to other people. Get rid of her she will drive customers away. Went right over to Fulton bank where they greet you and help you right when you walk in.

What a gorgeous building to be so empty. The rudest front desk people EVER. The guy they sent me to was clueless and just looked at me with no answers. Don’t be open on a Saturday if you have no staff. Train your staff better and pretend to care. This place is a joke.

Good morning I walked into the back and it was about a ten min Wait for someone then I was helped by Zachary Gaines he treated me with respect ,courtesy ,very honest and he went above and beyond to help me solve my account problems he made sure that I was taken care of with great customer services and as well as the branch manger Charles he came over greeted me shook my hand and told me if I need anything to just ask him or Patrick .great great bank and customer service ask for Zachary or the branch manger Charles

As I walked into the bank I was rudely denied service even though I have an account with Chase bank. I asked for her name and she threw her name tag at me. I will be closing my account and will be in the process of getting Shirley fired. As a valued customer you would think they would want to help but this lady refused to work for no reason at all.

Poor customer service and very unfriendly and unhelpful staff at this location. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and needed to change my personal banking information, only to be given conflicting instructions from multiple tellers and being rudely and disrespectfully turned away multiple times, despite asking for what information I would need to provide to the bank. The tellers don’t seem to care about their customers. The way I was spoken to during my entire visit today was very upsetting. I will be visiting a different branch next time.

The best Chase location! I dealt with Zack for a name change update, he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, exceptional, respectful, and very pleasant to deal with. He will also let you know how to make some extra coins by way of other Chase offerings. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very accommodating. This is what true personal banking is all about. A great team, will be returning and referring.

Im a Chase customer of 4+ years. Unfortunately, if this Chase bank had been my first experience, I probably wouldn’t be banking with them at all. I recommend Chase to my family members because I had such a great experience with them, but after they visited here and after several weeks couldn’t get anyone to help them open an account, they were very disappointed. Calling 4-5 times throughout a 10hr day on different days and never receiving an answer. Not sure why, but it always seems that the employees here don’t care about the customers and continue with their personal conversations even while other customers are waiting. I like Chase, but the service here is nonexistent unfortunately. I’ll have to start going to a different branch.

I had a great visit to this Chase branch today for a cash deposit. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered, and I was directed to a teller station that was available right away. I was able to get support with my account right there at the teller station, and they helped me complete my transaction without having to fill out any paper forms; it was all based on my debit card. I'm happy to know that this branch is available to me for when I might need it.
